Spacious and clean room. A bit dated, could do with a TV upgrade. The wifi was unacceptably rubbish, slow and dropped out constantly. In an area with poor mobile phone reception, wifi must be better. Overall a pleasant stay, not sure I'd stay again though.

Second time staying at Smugglers on the Beach. Peter, Sue & their staff are friendly. Location is quiet, peaceful & right near the beach. Heated pool is a bonus. Had a 5 night stay in Apartment 15 - 2 bedroom spa apartment on ground floor. Sleeps up to 6 people - Main King bed/ single trundle, 2nd Queen. Will happily return.

Were initially given family apartment with just one a/c...and it wasnt comfy. Manager very helpfull and relocated us without any hesistation, served us very well. 2BR GF apartment just great and nicely equipped/decorated.

Our boys (3 & 5yrs) said it is the "best holiday house EVER!" and did not want to leave. We stayed three nights in a 2bedroom apartment. It was the perfect home away from home and had everything we needed. The apartment we stayed in was very spacious and clean, the location was fantastic and staff was friendly. Only downside was the parking spaces were a little tight. But We will definitely be back.

We stayed in one of the two bedroom apartment which was clean and spacious. The beach front location was excellent. The communication from the hotel was excellent and after-hours check-in process was very easy. I will look to stay here again in my next visit to Coffs Harbour.

Had a 3 night solo stay in room 2, a 1 bedroom ground floor apartment. Queen + single bed in bedroom with spacious ensuite bathroom. Rollaway bed available in lounge/dining area. Full size kitchen with stove/oven, fridge, microwave for easy meal preparation. Nice patio area to have breakfast surrounded by a tropical oasis overlooking the pool area. BBQ & kitchen facilities in pool area was clean & tidy. Easy walk to beach. Good wi-fi. Will definitely return.

Close to beach and beach/headland walks. Whilst not within walking distance, all other facilities such as shopping, restaurants, cafes and patrolled beaches are within short drive.
Facilities provided by accommodation are excellent with pool, BBQ/kitchen.

The room was clean spacious and well laid out for our short stay. The proximity to the beach was amazing and the pool was well-utilized by the whole family when we returned each day. The on-site wifi availability was fast and reliable which was great due to the lack of mobile reception in the area for our carrier. Well done Smugglers!

Learn to talk nicely when you do not know person's health situation . Be professional and not personal when someone breaks something by mistake and they are happy to pay. Do not keep making hypothetical claims about what could have happened . You made my very sad day sadder reception lady . Whole trip was so good and you just added sour flavour to my pudding.

The property is very well positioned, close to the beach on a very quiet street.
I wasn’t impressed with the apartment , it was probably the one with the least privacy, next to the stairwell where everyone could look inside. The bathroom was very small and didn’t have shower gel. Very expensive for what it offered.

Lovely apartment and decor. Big unit. All facilities provided. Would love to come stay again. Only issue was driveway into carpark was very low and my car kept scratching on bottom unfortunately its a low car.
