A handy stop over for the ferry and train station. Comfortable clean facilities

Large room not far from port, city center and train station. Shopping and food within a few blocks. Shower os small (20" × 30"). Parking is 1 block away but expensive (25 euro per 14 hours). Area can be a little noisy at night with windows open. Overall a good stay.

Our room was decent. Bathroom is big and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was clean and had a comfortable bed. I would say the and hotel were a little dated. The Expedia ad says laundry facilities, please note this is not within the hotel and is a separate building so I do think these needs to be amended to say ‘laundry facilities close to the hotel’. No tea/coffee facilities within the room but can be bought in the bar area.

I had a larger than normal room the room was in excellent condition and clean. Also quite.

All was as we needed. A good accommodation close to the habour so we can get to the ferry early in the morning. Hotel in total and the room was clean and in good shape. Only that there was no note that you have to book the parking space in front during booking process was a bit disappointing, however there is a huge parking garage directly on the other side of the street which was also cheaper in the end for us, when you only need during night.

We arrived at the hotel during a torrential downpour and high winds to find the hotel closed . After ringing the doorbell for 20 minutes someone finally arrived to let us in. Whilst I accept the weather conditions were difficult at that time the receptionists attitude was unprofessional and unhelpful.We were not made to feel welcome, in fact just the opposite. Accommodation was clean but basic. Location was good with a short walk into town to some pleasant restaurants and bars.

I have stayed in over a hundred hotels around the world,and must say this was the worst welcome one could imagine ,on arrival in a major thunderstorm four of us rang the bell on the hotel door as it was locked ,and unable to open ,initial thoughts after 20 minutes ,was that the hotel must have closed down as no sign of life through the glass door ,just as we thought we will have to find alternative hotel a most arrogant,rude and quite threatening young man came to the door ranting about the storm ,about another few minutes he was able to open the door ,no apologies or anything I was prepared to go elsewhere but because we were very tired from a long journey unfortunately decided to stay ,really felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming at the morning checkout ,never said a word only to ask for the hotel tax this guy definitely needs some training in customer care ,basic room not like the photos,will not be going back here

1 night enroute to ferry. No frills but very clean and comfortable. Bus from station to Grande and less the a minute walk to hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast fine at €4!
