A forest fire was happening with mandatory evacuations and instead of rescheduling, applying a credit or refunding my trip, I was forced to either go and then be told to leave or simply eat the cost. Being intelligent, I did not go on my trip. Instead, I got a GREAT deal on BOOKINGS.com and had a great trip in Santa Barbara.

Fast and simple check-in process, clean facility and accommodations, very comfortable, spacious, kitchen is well-stocked with cups, plates, pans, cutlery and more! Stackable Washer & Dryer was great. Convenient garage for your vehicle and easy access to room via elevator and stairs, literally everything you need to have a home away from home :)

We had an amazing time, worth every penny! The accommodations were perfect. My teens had fun in the teen room and the pool was perfect size for bigger families.

Enjoyed the property overall. Nice, new and clean. Only thing we did not like was on the last day of stay we requested late check out night before and they did not make a note of it in the system and did not honor it. Water was turned off last few hours of stay. Coffee in the lobby was not working.

This place was great and the perfect size for our family of 5- we stayed in a 2 room suite. It has almost anything that you might need during your stay from cooking utensils to a washer and dryer. The property it beautiful and well kept. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
The only downside was only being able to use the pool for one day of our 3 day stay due to maintenance but it wasn’t much of an issue because we had the lake nearby. Little stores and nice restaurants within walking distance.

I loved that they made it easy to find food by having a pamphlet on the table of my room of recommended places. As well as activities to do near by. I dont ever see that and I thought that was low effort but extremely nice and considerate.

We were all pleasantly surprised with the grounds and condo. Everything looks new, very modern and clean. It was walking distance to the restaurants and shops. We stayed in May so the weather was great. The only draw back was that I could hear the noise from the unit above us in my room. I could hear them getting ready to leave in the morning.

These rooms are huge! Everyone who works at this property are the nicest people we’ve ever met! Check in process was a breeze and they have great hot cocoa and coffee while you wait. We had the 3 bedroom unit and it came with our own 2 car garage! The place is so nice and there is soooo much space it’s awesome. Our patio door opened to a gas bbq grill and 15 feet from the pool and spa which are both heated! There was a fireplace in one of the bedrooms and living room and the oversized tubs were gigantic! I can’t say enough about this property we had an amazing time and can’t wait to go back!

We always enjoy our stay, we like the property amenities and the staff is very nice and accommodating.
The property was icey in most places, the floor in the room was not cleaned, the dishwasher was not secure and the wires were out, and the garage door opener did not work.
Although the property was discouraging we looked past it so we could just enjoy our vacation.
