I have never visited a hotel- for 5 nights, where I was told housekeeping will never pass by. Never clean, give new towels or toilet paper. If you wanted housekeeping you had to pay extra?? It was also ice cold- we got extra blankets after going down to the reception. Same for the toilet paper. Had to sleep fully clothed as we were so cold in our room. Apart from that the room was spacious and it had a little kitchen which was nice. The people in the reception was nice and polite.

sadly looking shabby in the bedrooms and corridors, but understandable with the continuous turnover of customers. Good facilities and the reception area is welcoming with a little shop and vending machines with items you may have forgotten or need at reasonable prices. The rooms are comfortable with comfy beds and kitchenette. my 2nd stay at the hotel in the last 4 years. very efficient and welcoming staff.

Overall is a good place to stay, good location near shooping, supermarked, restaurants. Clean, our room was near the elevator for my parents acessibility, kitchenet includes all the neccessary tableware and staff was nice

We had a very enjoyable stay. It is very accessible to Disneyland, we used the shuttle from/to which stops in front of the hotel. It is walkable to a shopping mall and a grocery shop. We stay for 5nights. Kids love the pool. They also have mini gym and sauna and laundry service which is helpful. The staffs were all helpful. Our unit is very good we can see the air balloon in the disney village in the balcony. The wallpaper in the corridor starts peeling off, though there is a sign it is due for renovation. The sensor on the corridor is not very sensitive, most of time you will be walking in darkness and the lights still not coming on. Overall we are still happy and satisfied with our stay. The kids are looking forward to come back.

Pros;
Excellent location, walkable to Disney and with the shuttle you get picked up and dropped off first.
Near the shopping centre, everything you need within a 5 minute walk.
Comfy and clean beds.
Quiet outdoor pool to relax.
Cons;
In need of maintenance, wallpaper ripped off in the hallways, sofa cover tearing away, nails and bits coming loose which is dangerous, pool loungers have holes in and it all needs a good refurb!
Sofa bed wasn’t made up, I had to do this myself which wasn’t ideal.
Breakfast could be better, a bit basic.

Fantastic location near Disney & shopping centre. Apartment had facilities for cooking which was amazing. Pool was a great bonus after a long day out in Paris. Would highly recommend

My faughter and I stayed for a 4 day trip, and really rate it hoghly. The apartment on the 3rd floor was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The hairdryer nerds replacing and switches off after 20 seconds, take your own or likr us, we borrowed one from reception.
Although we booked vreakfast,I wish we hadnt...it was poor for the price. My advice is if you gave an apartment, dont bother and get breakfast in for a fraction of the price.
The hotel is under 10minutes from Val' de Eurooe where yiu will find designer shops, restaurants, bars and a Lidl for your shopping necassaties.
It was under a 20 minutes walk to the Disneyland Park, orca shuttle, or €10-€12euro in an uber.
The highlight of this hotel is the pool...it was amazing! We will definitely be returning, thank you.

The property and hotel was in a poor state ripped wallpaper and the layout of the room was impractical the kitchen was almost unusable it was only there for show lack of cutlery pans for cooking or cutting vegetables etc etc no sink after going to the toilet sink was on the other side in a bedroom cleaning was rudimentary. I have stayed in better hotels for less than half the price I do suggest avoiding unless you are desperate

Had an amazing time at this Aparthotel. Our apartment was clean and well equipped with all we needed. Location was excellent with a mall, restaurants, supermarkets and a designer outlet within a 5min walk. And Val D’ Europe train station being just a few minutes walk. I would have loved a breakfast with more variety though.

I was a little worried about staying here after reading the reviews but I was very happy with my stay. The hotel is in a great position and only a 15-20 min walk to Disney. There is a large shopping centre a 5 min walk away which has plenty of places to eat. The train station is about a 20 min walk if you want to get into Paris.
The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and well equipped. My only complaint is the air con is centrally controlled and was set at 22 degrees, so was not cool enough. I didn't eat breakfast so can't comment but was very happy with the hotel and would definitely stay again. The free shuttle bus is a bonus but doesn't run throughout the day, between 12ish and 6ish. Not a major issue as it is walkable.

Great location! Easy with Disney with a 12 minute walk or 6 minutes on bus that was included. Great location for train station was good for Paris. Also with Val D’Europe shopping complex nearby plenty of options for food and shopping. Staff in the hotel were very helpful especially Florian who went out his way to order Pizza for us on our first night and gave us a map of how to get around Paris. Will definitely come back to this hotel when we visit again for Disney

A lovely stay. Check in quick and friendly, room adequate and clean, small shop onsite for water/drinks/crisps.

Overall decent…shuttle to Disney was rarely on time but hotel is 15min walk so it wasn’t so bad when the bus didn’t show.
Reception was ok, helpful enough albeit a bit frosty. Breakfast was ok but not worth 18euros.
Pool opening times do not support people going to Disney…opening at 10am means you can’t really swim before you set off and the closing time of 8pm means most of the time it’s shut before you get back.

We arrived by Taxi ( 80 €) from CDG airport only because we didn’t want to train (44€ for 2) with luggage. Took an Uber back (65 €).
The hotel is near dining, shopping (at an amazing outlet mall, complete with grocery store) and shuttle to Disney (and where the train would have take. Us).
Our room was comfy, with a small kitchen (microwave, kettle, fridge, stove, dishwasher). It had a separate entry with full closet and washroom. It was near to and walkable to the Metro, Disney and an amazing (and large) mall.
Staff were polite, helpful and nice. Snacks and beverages available in lobby but cheaper at nearby grocery store.
I’d definitely come again. Pool, spa, etc which we didn’t use but would have if we had more time.

This is a perfect place to stay for a visit to Disneyland. The room was small but clean and comfortable and well-equipped. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a lot of visible damage in the hallways and needs for repair, but there were signs posted that a renovation is coming soon. The breakfast was a bit over-priced but a nice selection of foods. The shuttle was convenient, although there wasn't much information available. We didn't know the schedule or that we needed to show a room key to get on the shuttle back to the hotel, but we figured it out! Overall, I would recommend this for a short stay if in the area.

Really nice staff, but the condition of the hotel isn't always great. The pool is brilliant. Location-wise...you couldn't ask for more for Disney...and the free shuttle is superb. Just ask reception for a timetable and it stops right across the road

As a foreigner in a foreign country, communication is everything. And also is very difficult. Some of the staff was very helpful and tried to work with us as we talked through with our broken French, but a few of them were very impatient and rude. If you’re going to be in the hospitality industry, you’re gonna have to be patient, especially with foreigners.

Ok hotel close to Disneyland. Nice heated pool. Ok breakfast and good size of room with two bedrooms and small outside terrass. But worn and moldy - espessialy the bathroom.

This was a wonderful stay. Great for our Family of four. Everything was very clean and nice. The pool was great and the kids loved it! The only negative was the wallpaper in the hallway had a lot of ripped pieces. And the bed was quite hard. Other than that: amazing stay! Would choose this again!

Loved the nearby shopping mall and free shuttle to Disneyland! Housekeeping does not come which is frustrating when needed new towels. Other than this, it was great!

Property was good overall. Once we got the hang of transportation and the train and sub stations. The rooms were great and we walked all the days to Disney and back. The bus can get pretty bad depending when you catch it. We used it to leave and take the train from Disney to CDG airport and made things easy. We also paid for the breakfast daily and had a variety of pastries, cereal, eggs, yogurt and an expresso and coffee machine.

Everything was just great! Fast check in. When checking out they kept our luggage extra time at no charge while we did last trip to Disney. Nature around is beautiful, 2 lakes, swans, a wild fat cat. Pool was very warm and clean. Breakfast delicious! Staff was helping and friendly. Shuttle bus comes right on time. Great energy all over the place!

Excellent value for money! Super helpful staff, particularly Fl---n who is usually at the desk at night and early mornings, he will take care of you from hotel needs to Disneyland tips. Shuttle included with booking, start at about 8:30am and goes on until parc closure; they might require proof of booking.
