Beddings not washed well, there’s a bad smell. Water on low pressure, little water comes out of the shower, it takes time to shower

It was a good hotel, nothing really good… Instead of charging for a bottle of water, charge me an extra 5.00 a night… it just seems so cheap…

Clean bedroom, lobby and pool area. Welcoming agents at the reception. Room with 1 bed and 1 sofa bed great for 4 people. I liked my stay, thank you.

They only come to the room when requested, only found this out when checking out. Not all but most reception staff could care less. On other hand restaurant was fantastic.

Our room #513 was not truly represented in hotel photos. Sofa bed was right up against the heat thus making it unusable with hot air blowing directly onto face. Could not use for sleeping as it opened up right against side of main bed thus could not get into/out of either bed. Definite problem in emergencies. Room was definitely smaller than advertised in photos. Restaurant service Friday night @ 6.30 pm was terrible. Soup was served with spillover on plate and napkin and was barely luke warm. Empty beer bottles remained on table till we asked for their removal. Water glasses never refilled. Sturgeon was served luke warm and fries with my fish were cold .. Restaurant was not busy enough to warrant the complete lack of service.and cold meals. Next morning went in for coffee and tea and felt we were imposing on the waitress. Coffee cup was half filled and had to ask her for a refill. She appeared bored and unhappy with having to do her job. Is it too much for their staff to do their jobs? Spoke to manager upon departure and she was uninterested with our safety concerns regarding the sofa bed and positioning in room.. Said to deal with Expedia.. Will never return to an Imperia Hotel nor recommend them .

Great place, clean, well located for us and very friendly staff but We’ve been there frequently in the past few months on weekends and it’s often fairly loud in the evening. People’s partying downstairs are going back to their rooms late evening and don’t seem to bother about others trying to sleep. Sorry as otherwise could be 5 stars.

I loved that most of the staff spoke English and French. Also the menus were in both languages. Room was large and clean, hotel common areas were very clean and smells wonderful!

We enjoyed our stay here in Terrebonne. It was a beautiful hotel with friendly staff. We had friends visit for dinner which was very nice.

Great location for the family golf event. Friendly and helpful staff. Similar to other hotels now, they appear to have a policy of waiting 3 nights before cleaning the room which was inconvenient in my case with diaper changes and as the event organizer.

Excellent service and cleanliness throughout my stay Unfortunately ….sink water was draining slowly and worst was the shower. The water was not draining at all. While showering …..u are literally standing in 4-5 inches of water. I mentioned these challenges to front desk. Hopefully they called in maintenance to resolve these rather annoying inconveniences.

The carpet is run down a bit and the Air Conditioning is noisy at night. Too expensive for what you get.

I asked the receptionist to clean the room and they never did. Poor service
