When we got to the hotel the staff said we didn't have a reservation, even after we showed her the confirmation on the phone. We found a other place to stay.

We hated this place from when we checked in until we get our refund. They lied and stole our money without any hesitation of their unethical and rude behavior.

Not only this place is not a proper place to stay at, but also if you feel you’re an honorable, respectful, and decent human being, you should avoid this motel at all costs. The wifi doesn't work at all, rooms smell strong smoke. You will face problems at this motel and to address those, you will have to deal with a group of unprofessional, rude, and abusive management and staff. We requested and paid for a suite with king-size bed, non-smoking. We were given a small room with a double bed in a very disgusting way to begin with. They sent us to the ATM down the road to get cash for them as their card reader wasn't working. The receptionist kept speaking in French and made it look as if it was our fault their machine was broken. When we asked why they were not giving us what we paid for, we were told to wait until the next morning when the manager came in because apparently, the receptionist didn’t have permission from her boss to do her job. The manager never showed up the following day. Instead, we had to converse with another couple of reception/service people who did not seem to be able to communicate properly or to have any authority to address any issue whatsoever. The manager told them over the phone to let us know we had to get over it and we had to leave the motel as we were “wasting” their time. I am hesitant to mention more of the words we heard or the attitude shown by the staff for this review may get filtered out. But for your sake, don’t trash your money and ruin your vacation for a place that doesn't even match third-world country standards.

Location was close to where I needed to be.

No amenities, no glasses or cups, strange black and red beetles in the room. No info or menus in the room for local restaurants. When we inquired about even ice we were told they didnt have any. We had to walk around and ask locals where to purchase ice....

As I got out of my car I was asked by a strange man if he could buy drugs from me. The sheets were old and seethrough, and stains on the pillow case.

It was an okay motel to stay the night at. We booked a quadruple room and just wanted a bed to crash in at night after a long drive from Toronto. We had two rooms: both with windows lacked the window-insect net to leave the window crack open. One of the rooms had the AC, the other one did not, so we had to leave the middle door open to get the cool air circulation. The motel is close to the countryside, in a quiet neighbourhood. Our car was parked right outside the room so it was super easy to load and unload the car. No breakfast but we did have a fridge and microwave in our room.

We did find some spiders in the shower and insects in the room but I guess the facility is surrounded by greenery so these creepy beings may enter in with you through the door. also like mentioned above the Air circulation in the small room was bad

There was a restaurant there but had to close because of covid. Many places all across Canada could not afford to be open because of covid. There are many restaurants around this area. The location was good to get to had a nice comfortable room. Quiet location , my husband and I would highly recommend this Motel.

The room came with a spa tub, fridge, sofa and small table set.
