Comfortable apartment with lift and free parking

Great accomodation for the price, lots pf extras provided and comfortable beds. Quiet and safe area for a great nights sleep and communication was great from the hosts. Doors were a little awkward to open and lock but other than that it was a great stay.

Good, clean accommodation

THANK YOU, THANK YOU... Uber failed to pick us up so we missed our bus to Stanstead Airport. We had turned our key in and it was cold and rainy. We called the manager. He told us how to get back into the building, got us a ride the 120 miles to the airport and couldn't have been kinder. Not many people will go the extra mile as this man did.

The mattress was not clean the location is on the main road and its noisy, dark and shady surrounded by big trees.

This is a wonderful place to stay when visiting the University of Southampton. There are lovely walks in the area and lots of great places to eat. The apartments are safe, clean and well stocked. The people who manage the property are very professional and friendly.

Had a great stay! Accommodation was modern, spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Loved the underfloor heating! Very cosy. Only a short distance to Southampton city centre, shops and restaurants.

Spacious and quite, however, needs a refurb and some repair work doing around the place

Lovely comfortable accommodation in great location. Parking was convenient. Communication was great. Hard to fault it really.

Its a nice property but unit I had seemed to be the smallest and not consistent with the headline pictures. It was however well equipped and maintained so overall comfortable. On the main No 1 bus route into city centre but no shops nearby. Happily stay there again

Really good place to stay for a few nights had a really good time definitely will be back.

Nice large 2bed apartment. Only downside is the t.v reception not great channels kept cutting out.

Communication was poor. No one answered the phone number given. Only one pillow available per person which was so flat and useless.had to fold up towels. Would suggest taking your own. The flat was clean and tidy.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was easily big enough for the 3 of us, comfortable and clean, with pretty much everything you need for self-catering. If I had to be picky, if you used both showers at the same time, 1 of the showers lost a bit of water pressure, but it was still enough to shower and just a very minor point and not a problem at all. Would definitely stay again

Apartment was nice but it is next to a busy road and very noisy. Also it was very light at night as teh blinds do not block out the street lights or bright lights from nearby buildings.

The staff were great - accommodating with an extra parking space, responded to queries immediately and did everything they could to fix the issues we had. Cannot fault them. But unfortunately the Wifi was so weak I had to sit by the door of the 2nd appt I moved into to be able to get strong enough signal to do simple Google searches for work - pretty uncomfortable sitting on the floor (or in the small reception area) for 8hrs at a time during a week. The flats are ok, but really need a deep clean. Every spring in the mattresses in both flats I slept in could be felt when laying on the bed and in one appt they made such a noise when I turned over that they woke me up (appt 10). There were what looked like blood stains on the under-sheets. So despite the staff being great, I wouldn't able to recommend it and it's not that cheap either.

Good amount of space for a family with a toddler and baby. Plenty of towels and beds comfy. Not as clean as we would have liked and during our stay we couldnt keep it as clean as we would have liked as property didn’t have a dustpan and brush or anything to clean with. We had to ask the cleaners one morning for a brush as it was really needed with a toddler!! Kitchen has just the basics, only one small baking tray and no chopping board! Underfloor heating kept it very nice and warm.

It was light airy and spacious. Close to University so perfect for dropping son off to University.

Straight forward check in - the apartment was good - a bit tatty, there was a leak in the en-suite shower and the size of the bathroom was too small - the bed was comfortable - kitchen had everything we needed -

The apartment was very well situated. Nice quiet area. The apartment was clean and tidy when we arrived. Booking into the apartment was easy and our stay hassle free. Not the biggest of apartments but we out most of the day so didn't mind too much. Plus i didn't complain - had i maybe i would get moved to a larger one so can't fault management on it. Only thing I'd say is bring a brush or mop as laminate got a bit dirty. Also i took a small picnic mat so my little one could play on the floor if she wanted.

Loved the location, the size of the property and the amenities in the apartment. Beds were nice and comfy. The bathrooms, especially the toilets could have been cleaner, they were black under the rims

great space and kitchen w fridge freezer parking available, a bit noisy due to being on main road, could do with tea/coffee facilities apart from the kettle (some teabags/coffee sachets). TV can be updated. Overall a very nice comfortable stay!

Like walking into a show apartment 👍 ps the bins are behind the building.

A few niggles....the microwave smelt and the glass tray didn't go round.Not the correct cleaning detergent it should of been powder.

The furniture is lacking in quality and has seen better days. They did let us check in early which was very nice of them.

Check in was easy, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the useful items. There was plenty of room for our family and the location was really convenient for us.

A great base for our 2 night stay. Spacious and comfortable decent linen and towels. However I really feel the property could do with being cleaned properly - the kitchen was not very clean, cupboard fronts and handles dirty, the microwave was awful, inside covered in food from previous occupants. Also how can guests wash up when there is no plug provided in the kitchen sink. Thankfully we took dishwasher tablets and washed EVERYTHING before we used it! I’m thankful that I packed all my own cleaning products which really shouldn’t be the case when you’re trying to enjoy a weekend away. The apartment was lovely but could be made excellent by thorough cleaning for guests with attention to detail.
