Overall a good stay for our second visit in 10 years. Ice was super helpful in the restaurant and the location and views are great. The property does however need some investment as aspects of it are a bit tired and in need of tidying up.

We had such a great experience from the check in all the way to the end of check out process . Ying was fabulous along with the staff from Golf cart rides to the staff at the buffet . They all were very attentive . Just remember if you want the hustle bustle busy party hotel or area this one is def not the one. It’s situated more for relaxation and best for couples especially with our own private infinity pool to our private beach area .

Great place to stay, would recommend! Only con is that nothing is that there are no restaurants or coffeeshops that are walkable you need to take a taxi to get anywhere outside of the property.

I had to came to naka before the COVID-19 and that time the breakfast is good as this trip at that time will had the prams ham and blue cheese some different cheese not the slices cheese!I think it’s need to improve on the breakfast

I rarely ever leave reviews but I must do so for the Naka Phuket. If you stay, I would not advise you to book the Napa Suite. My boyfriend and I stayed here and had the most disappointing experience. Their buggy system is inefficient and makes the whole stay extremely inconvenient. The Napa Suite looked like a motel room that had clearly not been renovated for years. To be paying 2500 HKD for a room like this per night is unacceptable. It "boasts" an outdoor tub but housekeeping didn't clean it before we arrived, there were leaves and twigs everywhere the floor on the balcony was dirty. Found hair in the shower and the bed mattress was lumpy. Airconditioner was old and so was the TV. Room was extremely unwelcoming and if you arrive at the building complex past 11, its pitch black and you can hardly find your way to the room. It's clear that the hotel probably struggled during covid and is trying to make up for it now by cutting corners. The toiletries all don't match (i.e. the toothbrush packages looked like they came from two different hotels). The hotel is also severely understaffed, the pool bar only had 2 ladies working both the beach and the pool which made it difficult to put orders in etc. Unless the hotel has a serious renovation I would not advise you to stay here. I'm not sure what the villas are like, maybe they're nicer but the hotel is old and they've missed out on a lot of the finer details that you'd expect when paying what you are paying.

The Naka is well located near Patong and the activities in the area - and only half an hour to Phuket Town & the large shopping centre. Nicely located on a hillside - with a pool beside the small beach - the pool villas and bedrooms have nice outlooks to sea. A little worn perhaps, with a strange layout (the showers & toilet are at the opposite end of the unit behind the living & bathrooms. Staff are very helpful - if a little short on understanding of English. The food is very good and the breakfast buffet is of a high standard. If you secure a good relative rate - a nice option. Rent a car for access to the many surrounding areas.

If you want to spend time at the hotel only, then this is the place for you. You have a private beach where you can kayak and snorkel. However, it is so far to get anywhere else. You cannot walk anywhere at all. The taxi service from the hotel starts from 450 baht. Facilities are old and not well maintained.

The 2 bedroom unit that we booked developed a leak before we arrived. Even though they reached out to let me know we couldn't arrange for a pick up from the airport, they said nothing about our room being damaged and thus unavailable. They tried to fix the problem by putting us in two separate 1-bedroom units for the same price. We politely declined and then spent the first three days of our five day trip moving rooms so they could 'accommodate' us. They didn't want to offer us a refund for the two nights we stayed in a one-bedroom so now I am having to chase hotels.com for this. I also cannot recommend the food. Restaurant closes as 7:30pm so any food after that would have to be ordered through an app which is inconvenient given the location of the hotel. Overall, very unpleasant stay and would not recommend unless you just need a lot of space for multiple families and don't mind being far from a town

Really enjoyed my 3 night stay here. The staff are all super friendly. The villas are very uniquely designed, providing a memorable stay. Breakfast was amazing. Looking forward to coming back someday soon.

We arrived at hotel on time, but the room not available at 3 p.m., so we need to wait around 30 minites until the room OK.

Fantastic service. The staff were friendly and charming at all times. The setting is stunning and facilities are great. The food in the main restaurant is adequate, but could be better for the price. My only criticism relates to the structure of the buildings and rooms. Refurbishment could be done to improve the surroundings.

Beautiful property but it does need some attention on the maintenance front. Our plunge pool wasn’t as clean as it could be, it was missing a one time clean but more of a deep clean. Staff were lovely and very attentive.

This hotel is so old and the property is worn down so much. Totally different from the photos. bedding, sleepers towels and sofas are also gross and old feeling. breakfast food quality is terrible, the beach in front of the hotel is disgusting!

The property and staff were amazing. I would not have wanted to stay anywhere else in Phuket...the moment I left i promised myself that I would return.

Fabulous resort with amazing service. We loved our High Bay villa with its views - next time we are going to try the beach access villa. Breakfast spread was also delicious, extensive and varied from day to day.

The view was simply unbeatable, the room was clean, but you can tell its getting old (ie: bulging floor board and doors). Staff was nice and helpful. The location however left something to be desired, while it is nicely hidden away from the rest of Phuket, giving you peace and quiet and privacy, it is however at least a good 20-30 mins to most tourist hot spots.(ie: took us one hour to get to the outlet). Shuttle bus to Patong beach was not frequent enough, with only 3 shuttles per day. Overall, we are happy with our stay, just wish it is a bit closer to everything else.

Hotel staff were friendly and responsive. My pregnant wife and 18 month year old enjoyed it so much much that we will be back next year again.

Beautiful design of the property exterior. Stayed in the High Bay pool suite and woke up to the view of the bay every morning. Service was prompt and professional throughout our stay. Room service orders arrive within 30 mins of ordering, buggy arrives within a minute. The Guest Services Director, Fon, came to bid us farewell at the lobby as we were checking out. Thanks for the amazing stay!

This was one of the best hotel/resort experiences I've had anywhere in the world. If Phuket wasn't beautiful enough already, the Naka Phuket makes me want to return to Thailand just to visit this property again. The entire staff is super helpful and nice. Breakfast is amazing. Plenty of western and local choices. Note that some rooms require walking up a lot of steps. If you have mobility issues, consider requesting a room that is more easily accessible. With its private beach, we didnt NEED to go anywhere. If you're debating between the different areas in Phuket, especially Patong, know that Patong is very busy. The nightlife is wild. If you want this, great. But I was much more happy staying away from it all yet having access to it by 15 min shuttle or taxi ride. Also note, if you stay at this property, you're not going to walk anywhere. The hotel is secluded and the area, along with the property, is very hilly. The hotel provides a tuk tuk to take you anywhere you need within the property, and you will take a taxi or the hotel shuttle to go anywhere else. Someone commented in a previous review about a drainage pipe feeding into the water near the private beach. The review had me second guessing this place, but it was very small and hardly noticeable...plus far enough away that I didn't have concerns about sewage or anything. Bottom line... The Naka is top notch! If its in your budget, even if you have to stretch a bit, its well worth it!

Nice outside and tired inside. Pouring rain during breakfast and water flooded in the restaurant, funny scene was when the staff brought us to the best table in the restaurant but forgot to take care the whole table and chair was wet and gesturing me to sit down :-)
