The gentleman at reception was so helpful and friendly. We ate dinner in their restaurant both nights, as the food was delicious, the wait staff was so welcoming, and the decor charming. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, a 10-15 minute walk across the bridge to the old town.

Breakfast was nice and the room was recently refurbished. Wifi in the room was good.

The matress was sagging a lot, really needs replacing. In the room on the fourth floor mind your head, it's very easy to bump hard into the low ceiling. The hotel is on a busy street though from the map it may seem in a quiet street -there's noice from the traffic on the square during the day and evening even with windows closed.

The staff was amazing, the location is really excellent for public transport, the breakfast was good. The restaurant at the hotel is very good.

The elevator dont reach the floor level we have like 8 steps to carry the luggage and the baby car and i'm not a fan of carpet in the rooms but it was not a big problem for us because the full experience was very good.

Das Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig am Wettsteinplatz, mit Tram- und Busanbindung. Trotz des Verkehrslärms, ist es on den Zimmern leise. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, es gibt eine gute Auswahl an Brötchen, Marmelade, Wurst und Käse, reichhaltiges Angebot an verschiedenen Müslisorten, Kaffee, Cappuccino, Latte Macchiato, Kakao, gute Auswal an Tees, Obstsalat und verschiedene Joghurts. Im Frühstücksraum herrschte eine angenehme und ruhige Atmosphäre. Das Bad war klein, sehr sauber und es fehlte an nichts.

Die Matratze im Zimmer war für meinen Rücken etwas zu weich.

The location was good for my purposes, close to a hub of city trains and a short ride away from both DB and SBB stations. The breakfast was excellent, the ambiance was quiet - I suspect year-round. Check-in and check-out were simple. The room I was in was on the upper floor - a bit of a reduced space because of the rooftop angles, but still OK.

Weak internet connection. Ok for messaging and email, but not for work. And - this room is too small for 2 beds. I am not a large person but had to squeeze past that second bed. You have the potential to be a 10.

Nice breakfast included. Clean room and bathroom. Quieter location than I expected. It was very warm but there was a good strong fan in the room which helped.

The only thing we missed was some vegetables for breakfast. But that is a very minor issue 😉

The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was well equipped and the beds were super comfortable. Breaksfast was amazing, a lot of variety and healthy options. You can reach the center of the city in 5 minutes walking.

The staff at the hotel were so welcoming and helpful before our stay and throughout. Breakfast lovely, room tidy and warm and the free transport throughout the city on the trams and buses was fantastic! Expensive city and the breakfast and travel pass helped so much.
