Hotel was very nice. View in the back amazing. BUT the pancakes were incredible. They came out looking thick but the were amazingly light and fluffy. Best I have had in years. Been to zion before but visiting in Dec was great - not crowded, can drive in

Propert recently sold, no breakfast, - was told only Bonvoy members get breakfast, meanwhile the toulet seat lid was broken.

Beautiful location. Staff was not overly friendly, but nice enough. Restaurant on site was delicious with good food and service. TV was not working, and when I tried to call the front desk, I found that the phone was not working either. TV was fixed promptly. Many restaurants close by.

Nice lodging, but no breakfast offered as the restaurant/kitchen was closed. Also, we had to request housekeeping. They dd not com by on our first two days.

When you book a specific type room anything less I feel cheated. Booked a room with a sofa and bed and got a room with a bed, no place to sit other than bed. Also room was not ready until an hour after check in Tim although I was there an hour early. Felt this was bait and switch. Will try to avoid Marriott properties going forward.

The location is great and the front desk people were very kind but that’s about it. The room AC was terrible. We sweated so much at night. It was so uncomfortable. This is after we switched rooms because there were sewer fumes in our first room. The shower was so narrow I had to stand sideways. Which was only made worse by no hot water. I let it run for 15 minutes and nothing but cold or luke warm water came out. They charged us for parking without asking us. We had to ask multiple times to have the room cleaned. They left no replacement coffee after the cleaning. We were woken up at 5am every morning by loud guests in the room above us. Banging and moving furniture around. It almost sounded like construction work. The hot tub has no jets. So the hot water just bubbles out of the holes and straight up the wall. Pointless to say the least. It was better without the hot tub turned on. The pool wasn’t heated. So even on a hot day it was unbearably chilly. And I like cold water. The fridge didn’t work. SEVERLY OVER PRICED FOR WHAT YOU GET!

The view of Zion was beautiful, it was easy to catch the bus to the park entrance. The resort was being refurbished, there wasn’t a breakfast as advertised and there wasn’t any in room coffee pods to be had at the resort. It was nice, but we paid for amenities that were not accessible. Very disappointing.

This was a spectacular spot…the lodge was amazing and the views all around were breathtaking. Great pool and very nice rooms. Close to shuttle stop and great restaurant choices. Worked out perfect for getting into Zion to hike. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel.Will be much better once construction on restaurant is completed. Front desk when we checked out said completion will be next week. The night auditor Percy was great.
Our room was perfect, spacious and comfortable. Pool was very very nice after a day of hiking. Several restaurants within walking distance.

I was a little upset with the hotel. The hotel did not have a heated pool it did not have a brunch for breakfast ( box breakfast). I was told everything should be open in November 2024. I feel it was miss represented. For the amount of money I spent it should have been clear on the amenities

Great location. Was advertised as including free breakfast but only "to go breakfast" available for a fee. I was surprised to receive an additional "parking fee' for $12 per day. The property is also currently under construction and no restaurant or lobby amenities were available.

The property was undergoing renovations at the time, so no breakfast, which was a huge disappointment, as we were going hiking the next day. Found sustenance at a local grocery. Beautiful room, large and comfortable. I would stay here again, once ownership is completely transferred.

Pro: nice environment; close to the shuttle bus stop; 30 minutes walk to the park entrance; walkable to some restaurants nearby.
Con: the AC unit is old and loud; beds are not that comfortable; charge of parking fee for all guests; pool is dirty.

Great place to stay! The bed and blankets were soooo comfortable. Great location with bars/restaurants within walking distance. We also utilized the city bus stop right nearby. Their pool was great. All different kinds of patio chairs and cabanas. My only complaint was that it took a while for the shower to heat up in room 404, other than that, I highly recommend!

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and the grounds. All of the rooms were recently remodeled. Super convenient to everything. We will definitely be back one day.

Was a bit disappointed that the pictures of the lobby and restaurant are renderings. Construction will not be complete until October of 2024. Rooms were newly renovated, but there were things missing here and there like hooks and door latches. Overall, the property is set in a nice location and the exterior and rooms are appealing. Just disappointing to not have amenities or food on site as advertised. The breakfast is very minimal currently and the lobby smells like a wet dog. I’m sure when it is complete it will be amazin, but until then it was just ok.

Incredible staff who made my wife and i’s stay on our honeymoon extra special. Very accommodating and hospitable. The details that were put into this remodel from being a la Quinta inn previously is impressive. Really get job Marriott! Wish our stay was longer!
