We have stayed here before and the accommodations are wonderful. The room design is excellent and the small touches are great.

A large dinner party was booked for Saturday night and they were a loud group. it meant we couldn’t have a discussion at dinner because we couldn’t hear each other. the staff did compensate us with complimentary drinks but we would have preferred a quieter dinner.

The room was a good size, and the beds were comfortable. I would also recomment eating at the restaurant as the food is very good. If you walk up the hill from the hotels there is very nice views. I was there with two friends for the Granfondo San Gottardo race. The hotel was very accomadating with storing our bicycles and also storing our bags during the race. Great service, I would definitely stay again.

The shower was a bit small.

Room small for 4 adults on a very very warm night with no air conditioning and no fans provided. A lot of noise in the morning but not hotels fault. 2 chairs and a small table. Breakfast poor. Came down at 9, was reminded by staff twice that we were the last even though breakfast didn't finish until 10.

The location is great, since it is across from the train station. The staff are very friendly. It appears that the hotel was recently renovated.

Ideal place to stay en route from Italy to the Uk, right at the end of the St Gotthard tunnel.

The room was a good size but there were no comfortable chairs even though there would have been room and under the previous owners the room would have had them. Quite a good range of choice on the dinner menu but not very inspiring.

breakfast is normal for 3stars. dont expect too much. location is good on main street. nice parking in front.

no A/C ! we should have opened the window for the main street which is noisy. not enough electricity outlets. we were 3 people in a trip needed to charge stuff and work with laptop. checkout is closing at 22:00 so if youre on a trip get to there in time.

Great location for hiking: just opposite the station, so perfect for public transport connections, but super quiet! Good sized modern bedroom, small bathroom but large washbasin with plenty of space for toiletries. Loved the yellow direction signs to the different zones in the hotel, copying the yellow hiking signs :) Good food, free hotel parking spaces just across the road, friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family room is comfortable. With modern design and cleanliness it is good for us.

The church bell was ringing may be every hour night and morning, but it is something the hotel and everyone in town live with.

The breakfast was limited choice; ok but not more then that; the staff however was SuPer friendly and helpfull. They really deserve an extra star.

The room was very small, so it gets hot after a while and with the traffic abroad it is impossible to sleep with open windows.

Everything! Best staff..Davide & Tatiana went above & beyond! Amazing restuarant, great presentation, though a bit pricey. Generous breakfast included, endless cappuccino & expresso, fresh fruit, soft-boiled eggs, yogurt, meats, fresh crossaints & bread, milk & OJ. Beautiful view, very, very clean & comfortable room. Modern sauna & turkish steam bath. Plenty of parking, easy access to roads & other sight-seeing places.

No fridge in room. No USB charging ports.
