Lovely spacious room (2 single, 1 queen room). Recently renovated and new decor is nice. 30 second walk to beach. Only constructive feedback is that the grounds are so nice and large that it would be nice to have a pool on-site.

We stayed in a recently upgraded and renovated two bedroom apartment. Newly painted, floor covering, appliances, and decor. The units are of an older style externally. The in wall a/c unit was effective but very noisy in the room. The owners were very responsive to any requests we made. They provided a plastic bag with washing powder so we could used the apartment washing machine and drier. The town is a 2km walk for supplies. Easier to have a vehicle.

The unit was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was huge and newly renovated with washing machine and dryer. The kitchen was original but newly painted and clean. The bed was comfortable. The unit was very spacious. I had no problems with the accommodation.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here for a week. Well equipped and located within a short walk to facilities, beach and cycling/walking paths. Very clean unit and common bbq facilities. Great value for money. Highly recommend!

Overall experience was nice, property owner communicated quite well, house was also clean and tidy and location was near to Tumby Bay beach. But we have noticed bad wifi data connection which created some issues for us. Thanks to Property Owner for warm welcome with Christmas goodies :-)

We stayed at the Modra’s Appartments in June 2023
The staff were friendly and very helpful.
The appartments complex was dated but were clean and comfortable.
The main room included the kitchen, lounge and bedroom all in one.
The bed was comfortable and shower was good.
The seperate bathroom had a washing machine and dryer which was handy.
Each apartment had its own car parking spot at the side door.
It was adequate for a short term stay.

our cabin was all self contained, everything was there just to relax and enjoy our stay. Our hosts great but sad to know that although they have been responsible for this award winning accommodation for 30 years, they are leaving. Hopefully the next owners will continue this great place.

Excellent facilities, very clean and well cared for. It’s fantastic you can park the car right near the room. Only a very short walk to the coastal pathway.

Absolute gem. Owners were lovely as well! A whole roast chicken and veg cooked in the oven- was delish so much better than takeaway! Thanks so much! Will be back ❤️

Outstanding stay. Everything you need is in the apartment could not fault it. The only thing I could say was the clock battery must have been kaput.
Highly recommend it to anyone wishing to stay in Tumby we will certainly be back.

An overnight stay but had a very large bathroom with washing machine and dryer so if you were staying for longer it had all you needed.
The bed was comfortable and the main room had plenty of space so you didn't feel cramped.

Just the most perfect place to stay! The apartment could not have been better equipped, allowing for full self-catering, laundry, etc., as well as a great night's sleep and all the more usual amenities. It's about a kilometre of lovely walking along the foreshore to get into town. Jenny is a fantastic and helpful hostess. I'll definitely be back!

My bed had like sand or something on the cover. Cabin smelt funny and wifi advertised but could only get wifi if you went outside near to office so had no wifi
