We had a great experience staying at the hotel, good location and all staff were very friendly and helpful.
We were 3 friends staying at the hotel with a king size bed and a sofa bed which had a thick mattress and felt like a normal bed.
Highly recommend.

No working safe in room. Wanted me to wait til next day. No batteries in fab. Two for two within 5 minutes of checking g. However they did fix it and the location was great. Can’t open the toilet door without hitting the bed and no shampoo/condotioner

This charming bed and breakfast was perfect for our overnight stay in Versailles. Walkable to the palace and many sites, shops and restaurants in the village as well. Delicious breakfast in a charming breakfast room. Would definitely stay there again.

Travellers please be aware of this property, we have been staying in Europe for 2 weeks and then stayed at this property. We stayed in room 101, heater did not work properly and the room was cool to cold, the wifi did not work, spoke to the front desk and they said it happens and that the connection is not good but nothing he could do. The TV was mounted above the door to the bathroom and the channels were limited with only French language. The breakfast buffet that we paid for was very limited but was good. The best part of this property was its location, a block or 2 from Palace of Versailles

Overall a pretty decent stay for a one night stay. Friendly staff and a convenient location. The bed sheets however were quite scratchy. The wifi was very slow in our room.

Cute hotel a short walk from the palace. Friendly staff and the front desk staff spoke English well. The property itself is in need of some updates, but it was clean. If you're looking for a reasonably priced hotel near the palace, this hotel is worth considering.

It was a very pleasant stay, for us and our children (10 and 6). The sleeping couch for the kids was already made up, what a nice surprise. 10 min. walking to the Versailles Palace. The parking was in front of the hotel and the whole month aug. for free. Super!

We stayed for 2 days in the Hotel des Roys and had a fantastic time.
The staff was very friendly, helpful and very accomodating. The downside was the bedroom which was a bit outdated and needs a new fresh lick of paint as it was dull grey but overall it was nearly perfect: location was excellent. Breakfast was excellent lots to choose from!

Walking distance from Versailles palace & local train station (Paris only 30mins by train).
Free parking on the street outside the hotel in August. Very friendly reception staff. Rooms a bit tired and dated but clean. Lovely food in pub next door - Would definitely return.

I unfortunately didn't check and this property doesn't have airconditioning. This was my only quibble, otherwise its very handy for visiting the palace.

A short walk to the Palace, they have bikes to rent which was fantastic and a great way yo see the park and wider areas. Easy walk from the station.

We loved the charm and the location near to the palace at Versaiile. The rooms were small but adequate.

My experience at the property was terrible. As soon as we checked in we started looking for other properties to stay in. The rooms have no smoking signs and they all smelled like cigarettes. (I requested a new one after seeing/smelling the first) I have asthma and started getting an attack less than 5 minutes into being there. The bathroom still had hair from the previous guests and the lock on the door was broken. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The photos are either fake or highly misleading because neither of the rooms I saw looked like the pictures. The front desk person was also unwilling and unhelpful. We communicated our concerns and he quite literally said that it was a personal problem without accommodation or acknowledgment.

The room we had was barely big enough to put a bed in it. Other than that, it was perfect. Great location to explore the town. Close to restaurants, train station and restaurants.

lovely hotel. Omelette with continental breakfast was a bonus. Kept our bags after checkout until we picked them up. Very friendly and helpful. Room almost too hot and had to turn down the heating. Close to everything

This property has an amazing location and great staff. It is a quaint, clean, boutique hotel that was truly inviting and comfortable. Wish we had made plans to stay longer in Versailles. It was delightful! We will be back!

We got to the hotel before check in and they kindly held our bags for us while we went to Palace of Versaille. Very clean and we were “upgraded” to a larger room which was nice. Had different pillow firmness and overall was very clean.

Very clean and comfortable. Staffs are very sympathetic and the service is excellent. Maybe the only critic is the view of the rooms. Don't count on it! But overall it was an excellent experience.

A great place just within walking distance from the gates of Versailles. The property is perfect for short or extended stays. The staff has done everything they can to ensure an impeccable stay.
