Breakfast is good

I actually like the property I will go back there but it needs a little TLC it's showing its age. It needs a little more maintenance and upkeep having said that it is still a nice quiet place stay. And keep in mind that you should always have a little gratiuity it is kind of expected... Smile. Keep in mind these are just my opinions by the way... In terms of convenience it is mixed for accessibility and finding good quality food in the area within a 1 mile radius and a lot of the customer experiences in terms of service from the workers at the restaurants etc or in the area could be much better they are not too friendly in terms of putting on a smiling face And communicating with the customers etc.. again this is my opinion and my perception and what I am not holding anything against anybody I'm just speaking on what I come to expect from my travels.. I am recommending this place despite of all this issues it's a Caribbean island and you get the Caribbean feel peace out..

Spacious clean rooms. Friendly staff, especially Ms. SOSHANNA WEST in the dining area. She went over and beyond to ensure customers were satisfied. Quiet and safe hotel

Stayed for seven nights on august 8 2024. The room was cleaned. The staffs were polite and respectful. The only thing I did not like was that there was limited dining and the choices that they served for breakfast. Apart from that I enjoyed my stay.

This is a very clean, quiet, and pleasant hotel. Breakfast was very good (and complimentary). The staff was very pleasant. The place is an older hotel but has been significantly updated. Modern furniture is needed for sitting areas, but for the price it was excellent.

Property wasn’t excellent but it was up to par. Staff was welcoming polite and respectful.

Restaurant food and service were merely adequate. Not what I would have expected for the prices. While the single A/C unit eventually cooled most of the room (vaulted ceiling), the bathroom was like a sauna at all times. Room and bathroom were both clean and I did feel safe. Front desk staff were professional, but some seemed somewhat indifferent. For the price there is work to be done here to improve the guest experience.

The room was very spacious. Breakfast was pretty good. Staff was very friendly.

I like that this property was central, it had proper parking and it was clean. Service from the staff from front desk to dining was good. The bed was surprisingly very comfortable or maybe I was extremely tired.

The property is safe and close to all amenities, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel, overall stay was great.
