Miscommunication about room number sent us up and down multiple times. Room was not clean. Cigarette burns on blacker and bathroom counter. Corners of bathroom and back of bathroom door dirty and smeared. Toilet did not flush. (Had to open back to pull up flange.). Overall not a comfy stay.

When we check in everything was great until the time we checked out. One of the lady's in the front desk was rude and we were stuck in the elevator for a good 20 minutes or more. I'm never coming back.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. For the money it is great. Rooms are okay, breakfast is good. Overall is an excellent value for the money.

Stay was good, however the room next to us had a dog that barked a lot and woke us up. Front desk was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was great!

Walls are thin, I could hear conversations from both side rooms and anyone walking by in the hallway. Our neighbors were loud, I had to keep the tv on the entire night just so I wouldn’t have to hear them. I checked out a day early because I just couldn’t take another night. The check in staff was nice

Room was adequate for the price. Mattress was way too soft. Hotel is outdated. TV was extremely difficult to figure out.

Was a great stay.

The only problem I had during my stay here was fighting with my husband over the temperature in the room!! 😂 This was my second time staying here but the first time with my hubby. We loved all the statues in the lobby and out in the courtyard! Last time I was here I couldn't find the controls for the hot tub but hubby found them for us this time! The sauna, the pool, the hot tub... absolute pampering!

I had to go to the front desk 3 times to fix a check-in error made by the hotel staff. I booked 2 premium rooms, but was given one standard room and one premium room. In addition, I realized that I was charged MORE for the standard room than the premium rate! This was the attendant's ERROR for giving me one of the rooms that I booked, and a room that was booked for a different guest who had the same last name as me. *When I first went down to have it corrected, the attendant "thought it was settled" by now charging me for 2 premium rooms, but still giving us one only premium and one standard room. After waiting forever, I was so frustrated with his inability to fix the problem that I went upstairs. *When I went down the 3rd time, he acted frustrated WITH ME because I was asking again to have my bill corrected to reflect the rooms that we received. After making several more mistakes (and another 20 minutes of waiting), it was finally fixed. This was ridiculous!! *Also, the walls are very thin, and my dad and step mom were not thrilled to listen to their neighbor's hours-long lovemaking session.

Stayed here for family weekend at college. I was so impressed with the design of the hotel. I loved all the details. The check in was quick and the staff is so friendly. Breakfast was good. Will definitely stay here again.

Hotel was very nice. There was a wedding in the hotel during our stay (we were not guests of said wedding) but I loved how they embraced and celebrated the couple that was getting married there. We were not staying in the area, but using the hotel as a sleepover spot before continuing on our road trip. The room was comfortable but the water pressure in the shower wasn’t the greatest. Flingers pizza across the street from the hotel was AMAZING! 100% recommend! The complimentary buffet breakfast was alright. It offered more options than what budget-friendly hotels usually offer. I was surprised at the deal we got considering it was such a nice hotel. Very great deal from this app! Overall, very satisfied with our stay! If we ever return to the area, we will definitely stay again!

The shower only has a piece of glass blocking 1/3 width of shower and no shower door. Very odd . Rooms updated a bit but not rest of hotel but what would expect for cost

Place is outdated and desperate for some attention. The way it presents in the hotel.com site is misleading.

The only thing we didn't we didn't adjust right was the temp. control. It was 74 degrees when we arrived at 6:30 PM. Air conditioner on. Too cold to have it on at night, but wokeup muggy in the middle of the night...

This was my first time here and I wanted to love this hotel, unfortunately it fell significantly short. The staff at the check in was very nice but that’s the only person I interacted with. If you pay attention to any details of this hotel, it’s extremely run down and not well cared for. From the road it looks like a fun and beautiful place. The reality is just the opposite though. Look at the photos for example. The rear entrance is an absolute dump. It’s got bird waste inside the foyer. The doors are broken and absolutely filthy. You are greeted by piles of cardboard boxes right inside the entrance. Management has to walk by this every single day and clearly doesn’t have any standards of care. My room was just as bad. My first impression was the wear hole in the carpet at the front door and the hole in my wall. The heater was clearly from sometime in the 1960’s and sounded horrible all night. I had to turn it off it was so annoying and loud. I was in the sub basement first floor and my room smelled musty and damp like your grandmothers basement. I had spider webs on the light fixture above the bed. I woke up to spiders in the bathtub. The television was set to speak Spanish, it took me forever to try and figure that out. The bedding, mattress and pillows were horrible. They weren’t even like pillows, they were like flat folded pillow cases. The mattress was uneven. There was no wall outlet next to the nightstand. I have more to say but limited in space

Nice room for the price. Shower gave lots of room and water pressure was good. Hard time getting cold water from sink and toilet was slow going down. Bed was quite comfortable and room was very clean.

The hotel is very cheap but very outdated, smells musty and very dark/dirty looking carpet. But extremely affordable so covenient for one night stay.

Everything was very old and in bad shape. They try to make it look more modern by placing bright white LEDs over old light fixtures but there’s caulk all over the walls and open conduit with exposed wire sticking out. The furniture in the room was all 20+ years old and not cleaned or maintained. Additionally we ended up needing to go back to the front desk 4 separate times during our 3-night stay since our room keys randomly stopped working throughout the day. The staff was very kind throughout the experience.

Overall good place. Continental breakfast was great, however, the rooms really do need to be updated.
