Great value for money. Nice and quiet. 15 minute stroll into the centre. Restaurant on site but wasn’t always open .

A great hotel, great staff, nice location with great train service to Lille Centre. parking in the hotel was €13 a night but it was secure, limited on the road parking near the hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful, which was a definite plus. The room was generally clean, though some areas were a bit dusty. Unfortunately, the bed sheets triggered an allergic reaction for me. The bathroom was spacious, but the shower design was flawed, with no door or curtain to contain the water, leading to splashes on the bathroom floor. On a positive note, the room was quiet, allowing for a peaceful night’s sleep.

Bd mattresses, poor hygiene, lack of pillows and towels in the room. We even called to ask for pillow, towels and vanity kit and an hour after someone showed knocking on the door with 3 extra towels and completely confused about the vanity kit ask or a pillow.Overall disappointing experience. Breakfast was nice but way overpriced. It’s fine for one night but really not great value for money.

Really dated rooms, holes in carpet, mould in shower, threadbare towels and no hand towel. Shower temperature fluctuating between scorching hot and cold.

The bed cover and pillow cases weren't changed for the new guest, and the bathroom flooded due to the flat layout.

This was by far the best hotel I stayed at during my time in France. Honestly the bar was low, since most other properties had plumbing issues, no 24 hour staff, and a host of other things that made this one stand out even more. Its just a nice, brand new, clean, and modern hotel with a good hot breakfast option, small but very well designed rooms. I will most definitely stay here again if my travels take me to Lille again.

The hotel was in a good area. 15 min walk into centre. Tram 5 min walk. Room adequate.poor tea and coffee options in room. 1 normal teabag , 1 fruit teabag.
Unfortunately when we stayed the chef was off sick. No dinner service for Friday, Saturday & Sunday. This was very disappointing as we booked hotel with restaurant service and I’m sure this is reflected in the price.

Great hotel on route to calais. Just outside of Lille (wow Lille is amazing). Great parking, room aircon was fab. Pet friendly. About a 15 min walk to the centre.

I have changed 3 rooms:
The first one was full of lady hairs in the bathroom
The second had interruptions in power. It has been denied by reception, I called her during no power in room and she new immediately what to do to repair it. It took 20 minutes then the power was again off and called Reception again. The answer was I had to go to Reception and take the key of another room and relocate at 23:00 in the night.
Ibtold them they should come bring me the keys and help me in the dark with relocating my staff.
The new room was smelling cigarette smoke, but I was too tired.
I have not received any discount or any small present as a regret of what was happening.

Probably was a fairly good hotel at one point but its starting to come apart. Hooks pulling from walls, towel rails coming away, rust around shower tray base. Get the picture?
Staff very friendly and trying their best amidst lockdown was its saving grace.
Evening meal and breakfast really nothing to write and tell folk about under the Covid rules.......

Great location, near tramway and buses and easy walking distance to the city centre. Rooms very clean, atmosphere relaxed but businesslike. Food (and cocktails) were great. I travelled with a young child and an elderly person and the staff were very helpful. Many thanks!
