Overall good experience. Very good location close to railway station. Only issue is that lack of reliable hot water.

Spacious apartment, 7 mins walk from train station, 15 mins walk to town centre. Comfortable, clean, well catered including microwave & toaster. Very helpful & friendly office staff. Free WiFi.

They were actually having maintenance done during our stay so we had to spend our first night somewhere else. They were excellent at arranging this for us, and keeping in contact with us throughout via whatsapp. Any question was answered quickly, and the only problem we had solved quickly. The apartment (they said was one of their best) was very pretty and well stocked. The air con was great and the bed comfy. Can't fault it!

We only stayed one night to be close to Treviso Airport for an early flight. Apartment was very spacious and clean. I recommend this accomodation for anyone who's looking in this area. It's also within walking distance to the centre. Very well served by the office staff too upon check-in. Wi-fi was not so strong.

At first was concerned about its closeness to the train station but I shouldnt had worried. The location provided a base and quick get away to Venice itself. Let alone the city of Treviso or other nearby destinations. The apartment was modern, clean and had all conveniences i expected at hand. Reception was very cheerful and helpful.

excellent apartment,was upgraded on arrival to 3 bedroom/2 bathroom for just the two of us.Everything required for self catering,good quality and clean.friendly and knowledgeble at check in.Cannot fault.

We had the 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment which was very spacious although I was not too keen going up the staircase. To be fair the picture clearly shows the staircase. Would be good for families as the washing machine and the seating area upstairs and the dinning area down stairs would be useful.

Well equipped, clean, comfortable, modern, secure apartment. Only 5 minutes walk from train station, with trains running to Venice every 20 mins (€3.80 each way). Easy access via bus 6 from Treviso airport (20 mins). Treviso centre is a pleasant 15 walk away and provides good dining choices away from the crowds in Venice. An excellent apartment and highly recommended if you are looking to stay outside of Venice, but have easy access to the city.

We were looking for a place that was within walking distance of the city center and the train station - wow, did we find the right place! The location was perfect - 10 minutes to the center of town, and two blocks from the train. Even better - the Palazzo Brando was a lovely place to stay. Our unit was really nice - pretty, clean and comfortable. And the staff were so helpful and accommodating. Not only did they make sure we were able to get into our room in the morning (not often possible), they also arranged a car service to pick us up at the airport. Truly above and beyond customer service.

Stayed in this large three bedroom apartment in Treviso, Close to the train station and a 10 -15 minute walk into the the main centre. Lots of space for our large family. Staff very helpful. Bathroom ok, could have better, we had a clogged sink.

Really modern apartment with excellent facilities. Only a couple of minutes walk from the town centre and railway station. The area doesn't look very trendy, but the apartment and proximity are so good that we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Excellent value also.

I have travelled extensively in Italy for over 30 years. This apartment ranks among the best places that I've stayed. It is beautifully furnished, immaculate, well located and quiet.

Lovely hotel, a short walk from Treviso and supermarkets. Very nice base to see Venice but Treviso itself is a lovely little place and well worth a stroll around. Very clean accommodation, lovely balcony to sit on. However it is near a loud dual carriage way so not as quiet as people may like. I would also recommend that the hotel remind people in the information book they provide for people to have their train tickets validated at the machine at the station. We got caught with a €60 fine, we didn't know about it. Although I think it is a thing across Europe. Otherwise a brilliant stay and would love to come back :-)

My girlfriend and I wanted to visit Venice but not stay there. We didn't want to pay more for a hotel just because it was in Venice or be stuck in such a busy, expensive place. So we opted for Treviso which is half an hour's train ride from Venice (and cheap). I searched for a hotel near Treviso train station and was lucky enough to find Residence Palazzo Brando. Lucky for a number of reasons; - its four minute walk to the train station and ten minute walk to the town centre, its very friendly and helpful staff and, last but not least, its spacious apartments. We had a very large living area with a long, comfortable sofa bed (not required by us as a bed), tons of cupboard space, a four ring oven top, sink, kettle, toaster and table that seated four. Up a few steps there was the bedroom, once again large and with plenty of drawers and wardrobes to put your clothes and so on. Off of that was good sized bathroom with a perfect shower, a washing machine and everything you need (a hairdryer on the wall, an ironing board with an iron on request). The lady that met us was extremely friendly and helpful, happy to answer all our questions and help in any way possible. There is a small supermarket in the station and a larger one ten minutes walk away. I am vegan and was pleased to discover a health (or bio) shop very nearby. We stayed there six nights and really wish we could have stayed a lot longer. I can't recommend this place highly enough!
