I stayed in room 110 which was closer to the Casino parking lot, therefore, it was noisy. Then the persons across the hallway keeps slamming their doors and the persons above me keeps flushing toilet and constant walking. The bed was comfortable but the sheets were rough. The staff were super friendly and I love the breakfast. I enjoyed the on-site entertainment especially Jazz night.

The wait to access the room was inordinately long - over three hours After waiting that long there one would have thought some form of be compensation e.g. complimentary meal or part refund on the room for that particular night. All you were told was 'sorry for the wait'. Tired, hurgry and sleepy after travelling by air and ground transportation foral most 6 hours very disappointing to say the least.

Room was not clean and front desk was giving us sheets to make bed ourselves, so they sent two man to buff and bam the room, was very disappointed because housekeeping came by and we left for half a day yk give them time to clean. Not going back to stay

The first night was beautiful. I Was enjoying all the service that I taught that I was to receive, but to my surprise the next day I didn’t get all my perks That was stated and had to call twice for someone to come and clean my room 🤔🤔I was very upset about . I must say that the premises very well kept, slept beautiful on the bed very comfortable beds,Breakfast was nice., I must say all staff very nice very polite.as I said the first night I felt at home second night wasn’t What I was expecting, specially about getting my room cleaned and only got one bottle of wine. Nobody brought the other one don’t know what happened to it and then I didn’t get all my perks

Everyone was very friendly expect I had an issue at the bar with cold food, and bartender wouldn’t help. The breakfast was amazing and the staff kind.

I would stay here a thousand times again. The service was impeccable, the food was great and the staff were all friendly, courteous and attentive. I only stayed a night and they treated me like a queen. Would definitely recommend to anyone seeking a hotel in Kingston.

This is not a large hotel with many rooms. Property was quiet with lots of parking. The suite was very clean and spacious.
My main issue was the lack of good quality cable news channels in the room.

Our stay at the Terri Nova was absolutely enjoyable. The room was very spacious, clean and beautiful. The food was amazing however on 7/18/ 2024 I had family and friends over for dinner and was embarrassed at the length of time it took for us to receive our meal after shearing how awesome the service. After more than one hour of waiting I had to ask for a cancellation of the order. It was only them that someone came to address the situation because we were basically ignored after the drinks were served. My guest left with a negative image that defeated my goal.

Loved the old school vibe,….a throw back to past elegance. Can tell the property has been maintained to standards but they didn’t go overboard as a total renovation would be overwhelming, fortunately it was built right the first time. Really gracious staff and they went out of their way to make our stay exceptional. Complementary breakfast was really good. Enjoyed hanging on the grounds. Casino is dated. Neighborhood works. We extended our stay twice.

Terra Nova is our "go to" hotel in Kingston. The staff is amazing and the property has enough space to walk around, a pool big enough for a swim and a gym for adequate workouts while on vacation. You need to try it. Great job again Terra Nova.

Be sure to ask about pool availability. If there is an event, no pool for you as a guest. Overall great place for the family. Love the breakfast, staff overall good. Would come back.
