The stay was great. Very comfortable rooms and the the sevice was great.

Check-in was smooth, employee was polite. No elevator which made things a little difficult when you’re traveling with things for a baby. This hotel is definitely in need of some updates. There were cracks in the wall and ceiling by the window and there was something on one of the walls that hadn’t been wiped off. The shower drain needed a good cleaning out as the water backed up past a person’s ankle while the shower was running. The bed was very nice, but the sheets were too small for the bed so they kept coming off. Breakfast was very good. The pancake maker wasn’t working, but someone did come fix it. Plenty of options to choose from, which was nice. The pool didn’t open until 9, which was a little inconvenient with a little one who is up early, but much to our disappointment, the small kiddie pool was FRIGID! The main pool was a little warmer, but still not super warm. The pool area is definitely in need of updates as well. Lots of cracks everywhere. All in all it was a decent experience, but it was definitely not worth the price we paid. I doubt we will stay here again unless we know they have made some updates.

“I recently stayed at Best Western Kelly Inn and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The air conditioner in my room was extremely noisy, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. The constant noise from the air conditioner ruined what could have been a comfortable stay. I hope the hotel addresses this issue for future guests, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel".

Bathroom toilet was not clean, urine around base, 💩 around the rim, mirror was not clean, sink had what looked like spit from brushing teeth, mirror in the entry was not clean- looked like someone licked their hands then swiped down the mirror. Ovwra the bathroom was gross/

Because of the worldwide data shutdown by Crowdstrike, we repeatedly experienced cancelled flights in Dallas that prohibited our ability to make the original reservation day, July 19. Orbitz should have credited our account for that day. Orbitz should not have profited by this worldwide airline problem. I have been a loyal customer of Orbitz as the record will show. Consider our Orbitz relationship done!

The lobby was clean and nice. The check-in process was easy. Staff were friendly and very efficient. Our room was an outside room with a door leading to the parking lot. Was easy and unloading was easy to the outside door. The room was shabby. It was clean I will give them that but very dated and old. The bed was lumpy and horrible to sleep on. They gave us five pillows, but they were little squares. My husband went to take a shower and the tub was clogged. He had at least 5 inches of water in the tub. It would not drain it all, we called and they came right away to fix it, but left the big hair clog in the tub. The room was incredibly noisy with the air conditioner going off every 30 minutes or so, and we could hear all of the outside noise and the room next-door. The continental plus breakfast was good and they kept it replenished as the morning went on. I do not recommend this property at least the exterior rooms. It needs a total update.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Be aware there is no elevator so if you need to request a 1st floor room to avoid carrying luggage up stairs keep that in mind.

The hotel was what we needed, and the staff was friendly. The fitness center leaves much to be desired, but the pool is the best of all other hotels in the area, and free breakfast is always a hit. We particularly liked that our pet stayed free, as he always does at this hotel.

The girls at the front desk were very friendly, but unfortunately the vibe of the rest of hotel was not as nice. Paper thin walls, dank and humid hallways with that fluorescent lighting meth-lab feel. Beds were reasonably comfortable and thankfully they were pet friendly, which was the most important thing for this short trip. And thank god it was a short trip so neither of us had to shower - the floor of the shower was nasty. I would not have put my feet on it. I wouldn’t complain if the stay had been like $50 a night, but at more than double that price I didn’t feel like it was worth it. Might have been more expensive because we were there over the 4th though.

Our room was decent but not clean. The bath tub had someone elses hair in it. We had 2 rooms and had to notify staff about the room next door as the pot smell was so strong through the vents our kids couldnt be in the room. The manager handled the situation properly but it left us with the use of only 1 /2 rooms for hours! A bit better cleaning is needed.

My stay at the hotel was quite unremarkable. The amenities and service were average, with nothing particularly standing out. The staff was polite but didn't leave a lasting impression. The staff at check in set this property apart from the 2 maybe 3 hotels I stayed with prior on this trip. So incredibly kind and accommodating. They brought a microwave to my room upon request. They allowed for an outside exiting room on floor 1 to accommodate my preference. Zero complaints nothing but praise for this location.

We had issues with the shower head having low pressure so we asked doe maintenance to look at it. After that was fixed, we then had an issue with standing water while taking a shower. The room could haven been a little cleaner. Overall, I would not recommend this place to any one, and will be staying somewhere else next time.

I got a suit for my family to be able to hang out in with my dad comfortably and it was not clean and when i pointed it out they didn't come clean it after they said they would. They wouldn't even move me roos to make up for it.i will never stay here again and we have stayed here for years.

Well, not a Hilton, but for the price and hte location, it was a good value. Have to give them props for the breakfast, first time in 2 years that I had eggs from the buffet. Hike the bridge to Nebraska of you get the chance! Oh, and if you can get ahold of a grill, visit the Hy-Vee for their locally made bratwurst.
