Very comfortable, clean, and friendly staff.

The rooms are a bit dated and the bathroom was awkward. No place to put toiletries And more coffee would be a good idea. The beds were very uncomfortable

we unfortunately forgot our pillow with a distinct pillow case color that we brought with us. When we called the hotel and inquired about our pillow, we were told that no housekeeping staff turned it in. So someone got a nice pillow.

Hotel clerk assigned me a room and the key didn’t work, went back down to get new key and then i tried to get in again and I opened the door and saw someone else’s belongings everywhere - the room belonged to someone else. It was fixed promptly when I went back down to inform the clerk.

Staff accommodated our request to be close to an exit. Staff were friendly and responsive. We had left prescription meds in the nightstand and they were easily retrieved. Thanks Lauren and all others!

The motel needs some slight upgrades to meet with Comfort Inn expectations. Some examples of less than ideal conditions in the room: frayed carpet, toilet paper roller loose, toilet seat loose, etc. Just some quality control issues need addressing on room maintenance.

Hotel was clean and had a breakfast. Room stocked with towels and amenities.

Vacuum the elevator and underneath the beds. Other then that the hotel was clean
