We visited in summer, this property was disappointing, appeared to have good reviews & rooms looked alright in the photos, so booked but was quite surprised by the experience and room did not look like the photos online.. it is a drive away from the 'city centre', on arrival the reception was not very friendly, the room was tiny, old and cramped and looked out to the road & had cobwebs above the bed.. + we paid nearly 200euros, was far too expensive for what it was!!

We were greeted by kind friendly and helpful staff. Valeria at reception offered us fantastic advice for walking choices in the area. She was so welcoming, making us feel at home. Raz in the restaurant was welcoming, and served us with generous and tasty home cooked food, he was keen to offer extra helpings and keep us suitably fed.It was apparent that dietary needs were considered. We booked a standard room which was suitable for us for 2 nts, however Valeria gave us the option of upgrading for a small charge to a beautiful refurbished room, had we stayed longer we may have upgraded. The standard room however was comfortable, quiet, with sufficient storage. Great location for buses to Canazei and cable car opposite hotel.

Raz made us eat dessert when we were full!! ( not really a fault, we love our food)
