while checking in it took a little bit longer than usual because it was the first time for me to stay in melia group so I fulfilled a form- and sure the previous gueasts were the same so I waited longer.
the place is centeral- right across the main train station and close to markets -designers ooutlet and autostadt. there is a small roof bar at the top of the hotel which is good to have a drink with a group of friends

The reception team leaded by Ms. Uiselt made my package lost, which was in urgent need after my stay in Wolfsburg. Unfortunately the team showed neither apology nor empathy. First evening what they did was only making the statement that they cannot find my package. Next morning by check-out they said they would search. Unfortunately neither my package or a compensation solution can be provided. All this situation is unbelievably unprofessional for a reception team of a 4-star hotel. If you cannot be responsible to the packages, please refuse to receive.

today I checked out and didn't think I had bought a couple of glass bottles from Alte Brauhaus that cost me like €25 and the person who cleaned them took them as they were from the hotel. I would love to give them away for me it was a souvenir. Thank you

Overall hotel is very good with excellent breakfast. Room service was not that properly maintained. No kettle or coffee services provided during odd time when needed. Otherwise overall good options to stay.

We LOVED the Volkswagen Theme of the hotel. My husband and I visited from America with the specific intentions on visiting the Volkswagen Museum. As owners of several it was an added bonus to our stay.

A nice hotel with a great location
However it was a bit expensive and then I can't understand why a shower in a newer hotel needs to be placed in bathtub as it 1) is annoying and 2) not very user-friendly for older people or people with a handicap

I was disappointed that a 4 start hotel and after paying more than 100 euros for a room coffee and tea are not complementary.

The breakfast staff has been extremely rude, even questioning for a tea in the early morning before the going for the breakfast.. it was repetitive. Also, the serving people were not very efficient. Never even happened before...

Although I had booked a double, I was given a single room until I comp;aimed. The air con was hard to control, ie the room was too warm, the Wifi was too slow and unreliable, and housekeeping was poor.

Worst pillows ever. Woke up with a neck pain. Hotel also charged me twice so I had to call them to sort it out. The only upside is the tasty breakfast, but other than that, overpriced business hotel. Stay away if you can.

Its a nice easy to access city hotel, close to the train station and easy to find from the main road routes. The staff are helpful and friendly, the restraunt didn't have a huge menu but the food was good, large portions and attentive service. Wifi wasn't as strong as I'd like though, and only allows 1 device per room, that's a little tedious in these internet times, I had to choose between my computer or my phone or pay extra...please change that.

The Innside Hotel was perfect. Modern, clean, room and bathroom were spacious, restaurant offered good food and friendly staff. The only issue was the internet. They do not have unlimited free internet in the room.

The hotel is new and modern. The room is big but a little dark. The hotel has a Volkswagen atmosphere with great pictures. The breakfast is ok. Check the glass before drink some liquids as they are dirty! Both glasses on my room were dirty on the top, as well in the restaurant. The location couldn’t be better.

The hotel is well located and is very nice. But it is hard to imagine that in 2017, they still want to charge you for wifi. There is free wifi at the hotel - one device only and only available for a day with a maximum 100M.
