Very close to the metro station

This is a great local hotel just 100m away from an office I visit regularly in Paris. The rooms are basic, simple and comfortable and very reasonably priced.

The walls were thin and we could hear the conversations of our neighbors. The internet was out three days out of the eight days that we stayed there. Had to ask for dry towels.

No a/c. No elevator. Not friendly. Small. Rude.

our room was in terrible condition. dirty and broken power plugs. we were staying one night and we were so tired, so we didnt made it an issue...

Staff was extremely kind and freindly The 7euros breakfast buffet is simple yet very good. It is unfortunate the place is not well maintained and looks torn down, but for such a price it is unbeatable. Don't book it through Expedia though, they will overcharge you from the real price there

The room has a great view of the neighborhood. It is also clean and very comfortable. Very suitable for a short stay.

Room was warm and clean, but there was a little bit weird smell when we arrived. Hotel is located near metro station, but metro was not running because of a strike.

Room and service with the receptionnist. The first day eas awful, but they remediated to that and provided a better room

I stayed 6 night but Foot towel was supplied only 3 night.

We came to this hotel with very little expectations due to reviews we'd read about it before. The first things we checked were our mattresses and they were all in a good shape. The room was very small for 3 persons, but we managed. The bathroom was clean as well. We were very much releaved. The beds were made and towels changed every day! We were pleasantly surprised by a modest, but a quite sufficient breakfast with limited amount of fresh pastries but unlimited coffee and juice 😀. A couple of problems to count with: 1. Street noise (2 restaurants across ~ people party on the streets way after closing hours) 2. The elevator did not work for the last 3 days of our stay including the day of our departure 😕. Had to bring all our luggage from the 5th floor through very narrow stairs. Overall, a pleasant stay for an economic budget.

Hotels fully booked, after 3 hours transfered to hovel of a hostel across town, no lights, smelly, broken curtains, dirty black stained toilet and broken shower screen. Nowhere for a coffee out on an industrial site. Appalling customer services from Hotel.com. Did nothing to help resolve the problem, after 6 calls they transfered us back to original hotel.. for which they tried to charge taxi fees to get us back there. Upon arrival at original hotel to find no water and broken lifts which didn't help as we were on the 4th floor. Staff tried their best in original hotel but Hotels .com were severely lacking.

Loved the staff! Super friendly and helpful 😊 location was excellent as the metro was just down the road, as well as a grocery store and bakery. Safe neighbourhood- felt very comfortable walking around. Thanks!

I would never stay here again. Mouse in my room...reception walking into my room...rude. never again.

This was a nice place for the discounted price at the time, with good location near two metro stations (line 3) to easily transport into the city. Breakfast was basic but enough, wifi wasn't working so the staff member let me use the staff wifi but only on the ground floor. Staff were friendly and helpful, but when I checked in around 11pm they said they would collect an extra pillow and sheet from my room in 5 minutes but they didn't come, which was inconvenient as I was up waiting and they never called e.g. to ask me to leave it outside the door instead. I had a large room with 3 single beds and an ensuite which was a nice size and quiet in the corner of the building, but the walls aren't that soundproof otherwise.

decent hotel for the price. good neighborhood, near metro, near food store. wifi was out part of the time but good signal when available. false fire alarms a couple of mornings. still, will stay again for the price.

The location is good just a bit outside of the city, 5mins walk from the metro station. But cleanliness is an horror. The bathroom lock was broken and you can see brown stain in the bathtub, the shower curtain and the toilet. We heard weird sound during the night and we found out the paper bag we put on the ground had bite marks on it, we didn't see but we think there were rats in the room. Moreover, there are in total 3 charging socket in the room but only 1 of them works, it was such an inconvenience. Not recommended.

I stayed in this place for the second time this year, this time with my boyfriend. The room was tiny but very nicely equiped and efficient. Would 100% reccomend. We especially liked the neighbourhood since it's a nice quiet area with lots of different restaurant and shops near by!

The pictures do not show how TINY the room is. You can barely get into the room before tripping on the bed. THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING - something not specified on the site. Window opens, but there is no screen and barely a draft. If you stay in summer the hear is unbearable and the noise outside the window makes it impossible to sleep. Also - THE SHOWER DOESN’T DRAIN. I showered for 5 mins last night and by the end there was 4 inches of water in the shower. Total dump.

Very friendly staff. Nice area. Hotel is cheap so dont expect 4star service or standards, but it is clean, comfortable and friendly helpful staff. Overall i would recommend for somewhere to stay while exploring the city.

The room is clean and modern, but small. Everything worked OK, but the TV is all in French. There is no air conditioning, so avoid during a heat wave. Metro station is about 2 blocks away.

Hotel was cozy and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Definitely good value and location - easy access into Paris.

I am transit to fly back to my country. The room at 3rd floor where the lift was not working. Room with no air conditioning. Even the windows are opened, it still hot. Not a quiet area. Traffic noise along the night. I was hurted by scattered glass in room. They do apologize and vacuuming the floor. No emphaty at all on my bleeding foot. Cant have a good sleep at all. The only good things which is near train station. Thats it.

I read the reviews before I booked and was not sure what I was getting myself into but since I dont spend a lot of time in the room figured for that price point how bad can it be. I was more than satisfied with the room it was small but who cares your in Paris the room is to sleep not to stay in. The shower and bathroom area is very small. A little awkwardly put together shower is fine but getting out and putting clothes on can be challenging. The hotel is situated a couple of blocks away from a metro station and has many restaurants and shops nearby. All but one of the staff members was extremely helpful. The one staff member that I did have an issue with really wasnt rude just didnt care to help me with my problem. Other staff helped me to print out bus and plane tickets and one lent me an energy convertor as I forgot to bring one.

Room was horrible, looked like out of a scene of a horrible movie.
