Very nice hotel. Friendly service. Pity no Internet.

Unfortunately no fridge in a four star hotel and when you are driving it is nice to have the use of a fridge

Great location with beautiful view of the abbey, clean room, very easy check in

comfortable stay, nice pool and good breakfast.

It is average, stayed there for 2 days and very disappointed in the cleaning staff.

Good, well appointed rooms . Good. but leans towards expensive for French Hotel, breakfast.Be warned about eating there!! The service is the slowest in the world- it kid you not. Kiss the best part of two hours for one course and a bottle of wine. People either complained or left mid meal. Parking great position good.

Clean hotel rooms in a new building set back from the road. Quiet location at night Rooms are well appointed. There is an extensive car park in the basement. We'd happily stay here again

No air conditioning. Room very hot and very dark. All I could do was open the window and use the dinky little fan.

Were there for 3 days in high temperatures. No air con in room, winter duvets, fan provided was I nadequate so room like a sauna! Were not told about road closures in the town of Soissons so that caused major driving problems. On the good side, the whole hotel had a pleasant, modern feel and within walking distance of restaurants and places to visit.

Very nice new hotel with good modern design, and great view of the Soissons Cathedral.

Lovely place. Beautiful boulevard and views. The rooms are very clean. A little small but great value. Parking was easy and our dog was welcome. Restaurant was ok, not great but on Monday night nothing else is open so it sufficed.

Rooms rather dark and pokey even though we had a deluxe . No air conditioning if you want it on 2nd floor. Room 205 would have benefitted and felt bigger if unnecessary stud wall was removed. Also no mirror at dressing table , so restricted use to dry hair etc if bathroom occupied . Lighting poor

Cons: Room was smaller than expected and lacked a bath which would be greatly appreciated. Swimming pool was too small to really do any swimming as such. Car park not very secure. Pros: Great staff, very friendly and accomadating! Spotless room, nicely finished. Lovely food at the on site restaurant/bar. Excellent Wi-Fi.

Lovely hotel with plenty of parking under the hotel. Because of extensive road works in the road outside it was quite difficult to get to. The evening meal in the restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced.

Quick and easy check in. A little out of town so very pleased that it had a decent restaurant.Close to one of the main attractions of the town. Enjoyed the pool (although a little crowded for its size when we first arrived) and the steam room after having a long journey.The bathroom was awful- it was a wet room so no shower cubicle therefore the floor was soaking after a shower and took hours to dry (no scraper provided) It was difficult not to get the towel very wet when drying oneself and if you needed the toilet before you went out you had to go in bare feet and dry them again. Also there was little space to hang towels up so they easily fell on the floor and got soaking.On the way to our room there was a large tray covered in dirty crockery and glasses when we arrived at 4pm - it was still there at 8.30am when we left!
