The hotel was a typical large hotel, with nice large rooms. Sadly all the carpets including hallways, are old and stained and our bedroom carpet was really dirty.
Good central location. Easy walk to Train Station.

The hotel is in a good position, about 10 minutes walk from the railway station and at one end of the main route through Linz.
Staff were polite and professional and check in was easy. For us the decor was a bit dated, very beige, very corporate. Disappointed that the breakfast price increased if waited until morning to make your decision, 18 euros compared to 24 euros in the morning. Too much of a hard sell. We did get complimentary drinks at the hotel cafe on arrival, which was nice.

I made a mistake about booking this hotel as it lets its guests bring their animals.
The carpet was well dirty and the walls bit worn out.
I booked a King Size bed that I didn’t get plus the air conditioning wasn’t working.
It looks like it’s common practice for hotels to allow animals to stay

Needs a remodel. Carpet stained everywhere, cleanliness not a priority. Location is good for the city. Staff awesome!

This hotel was impossible to find using the hotels.com map link. The link took us out to the middle of nowhere (literally). We are thankful for the locals who got us back on track. The other confusion is that there is another similarly named hotel….
The hotel itself was comfortable, the staff are lovely and the traditional dinner was delicious. Would recommend.

The hotel is located conveniently near to a tram stop of all the 4 tram routes. It is also next to a casino, though I did not experience any noise or safety issue. However, all the shops and restaurants in the area around, including the one inside the hotel, close quite early. The hotel looks modernly furnished, and the room is spacious and comfortable. It is a satisfying stay.

My room was very large, and the beds very comfy. Big windows too, so lots of light comes in. Service at the front desk leaves to be desired, just the minimum service. I was also disappointed that the bar was closed, reception said it had been closed for a long time. That photo shouldnt feature so prominently in their hotels.com description.

I booked a King bed but was offered a standard room. The staff is rude to me when I check in. The room is kind of dirty, a dead fly in the sink. The hairdryer is not working.

Staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The room's location meant it was completely quiet, which I value. Disappointed that there was no evening bar and restaurant. I used a local Italian restaurant in the evening once during my stay but the service and food were poor.

It was ok but at arrival , in a reception I was asked for my date of birthday. The question was embarrassing in front of my work colleague. Other staff were nice but first impression could be better.

The hotel did not uphold the booking as they had over booked. Also did not offer any refund, alternate accommodation. Their staff was least bothered and unprofessional and had no decision making ability.

Nice hotel and a good room. Location is in the center, on walking distance from the trainstation but not with suitcases (there is a tram). There are some hangout places in front with bratwurst and beer, which attract the ‘not so fortunate of society’ to put it mildly. My wife would not feel safe by herself going out at night. Access by train to Vienna and Salzburg is very good so it’s easy to make day trips. Breakfast amazingly expensive, go to the luxury version of McCafé or one of the bakeries in front of the hotel and you’ll spend much less.

Room was very outdated and showed A LOT of wear and tear. Head board was missing pieces of material and scratched up, carpet was badly stained with bleach, and the shower bar fell off while using it. Would not recommend this hotel.

Room was clean and comfortable. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful. Good location to get out into the town. Breakfast was good with a good selection.

No one could speak in french at the reception, the room was not ready, there were no bedsheets, the TV was an old model, the TV remore was not working, the room had not been vented. I do not recommend staying at this hotel, it does not live up to its four stars.

I wanted to watch the soccer champions league final on the tv. After several trial I gave up it was no access to ZDF channel in my room. I know, in other rooms it was working.

The staff was very nice and professional...but the WiFi in the room was terrible it only worked outside the room or around the area of the hotel.

The property was well located in a pleasant part of the city, but the carpets in the room was very stained and dirty and much of the walls and particularly the corners showed a need for long-overdue maintenance. The price was not bad, but the overall rating was no better than a 2 star and therefore the overall result was not high.
