My family loved the place. It was nice. Everything about the rooms they loved. However me being a health and fitness nut I will say some of the equipment in the fitness center needs some T.L.C. Other than that good job staff of the resort.

We stayed for our birthday and it was awesome!!! Should have stayed here a long time ago

The property was average. It was clean and nice. The phones were down at the front office e and apparently everywhere on the property. Couldn’t get a hold of front desk, maintenance, or housekeeping. Had an issue with the toilet. No one wants to deal with this while on vacation. To make matters worse couldn’t get a hold of anyone to fix. We had to go out and look for maintenance. Not impressed.

All-in-all a very pleasant stay. Quiet, clean, great facilities. Furniture while clean and functional is not very comfortable. The bed, chairs, and sofa were hard on my old joints. So if you’re old and arthritic like me be forewarned.

We loved our stay! The beds and pillows are so comfy. We like that there were 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is easily accessible! The only minor negatives are tv’s are small and very outdated and their outside pool is small.

This was our second stay and overall it was a good experience. As others have noted, this is a timeshare place and one must bear this in mind when booking. Upon check-in, I was told to go to the next room to get a parking pass from the "concierge" who really just wants to get you to go to a 1.5 hour timeshare presentation. That being said, I got lucky and he gave me my pass first and then started asking nosy questions about my plans how he could help with discounted tickets in exchange for attending the timeshare presentation. I was able to say "no" and leave since I had the pass in hand. That being said, they had my cell number and called about once a day after that. I let those calls go to voicemail and the voicemails were mostly the same (i.e. "This is your concierge, I had some questions about your reservation, please give me a call back."). I figured it was more timeshare nonsense and didn't return the calls. Nothing came of it. Overall, our room was big, clean and well equipped. I really liked how they have luggage carts available to help move large amounts of luggage at once. I was very happy with the quality of the room and the premises and how it was close to everything we wanted to go to. We had a full kitchen so we could save money by not eating out all the time. In summary, I would recommend this place, but I am deducting a star simply because they continue to allow their timeshare people to harass people even after check in..

The staff greeted me with kindness as I checked in, they periodically called to make sure everything was good. Overall the stay was great

Everything was great minus capital vacations trying to push time share while getting parking pass., although i said no a couple times and they kindly let me get to my place. So overall it was a great price and roomy clean condo. If i did have a complaint it was the chlorine level in pool., but that wouldnt affect the 5 ⭐

Guest service agent was very friendly upon checking in. Housekeeping Supervisor is awesome. She is guest service minded. Excellent personality.

Great stay, the employees were always nearby and busy. The tub in our room didn’t want to hold water, but everything else was great.

The condo was clean. Check out was super easy. Check in was a 35 minute wait because there was only one person giving everyone their door keys. Then we had to get a parking pass in the next building and listen to someone try to sell us future stays. Very glad we said no…The Kitchenette was nice and there was 1 filtered coffee available for our 2-night stay. The bathrooms needed some cleaning and work (mildew growing in the shower and one of the plastic seat caps was gone). The bed looked nice but was terrible - we could feel the mattress springs in our backs.

Really enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable stay. Had everything available to use for cooking all we needed to get was groceries. Loved the jacuzzi in the room. Definitely will be staying again on our next vacation.

Wonderful property. We had a penthouse unit. Wonderful, high ceilings. Nice view. Everything was clean and comfortable.

For the first time things seemed run down. 1st unit air did not work. Finally moved us..2nd unit toilet ran all night long and shower sprayed water all directions. Carpet in bad need of stretching. Not our usual great stay.

They were short handed and the rooms were not ready for several guest. No paper towels in the room. Our room was supposed to have a river view and was blocked by other rooms. Overall the stay was pleasant.

Our condo was spacious. Our bedroom had a jacuzzi tub. The bed was so comfortable. The amenities were easily accessible. We were close to all the excitement. We will definitely be back!

Very nice space and a nice central location for navigating Branson.

We had no WiFi for three days and needed it for our work. Room was clean but outdated. We will find another location next time. Located just off the Main Street. Restaurants nearby are limited.
