The staff were great super friendly and helpful even though I don’t speak Spanish the room was wonder over all really happy

Great hotel just outside the city center. Easy to reach the churches and museums using the public escalators or the taxi rank just out the front door. Not many restaurants close by, but that may have been because we were there on a holiday. Facilities were modern and clean and the room was the biggest we saw in Spain.

The hotel was in a great location. Easy to find upon entering Toledo. Very close to the escalator to access the old city. Great value!

Fairly convenient location near the highway. About a 10-minute walk to the base of the old city. An older property but updated/maintained acceptably. Our triple room was spacious. There is a free public parking lot nearby that is associated with the bus station next door.

Location is just next to bus station. I m ok with location because I got 2 big luggage. Walk about 7 to 10 min u are at Toledo old town. (luckily hv escalated to bring up there)(TOP of the hill) The hotel is located below the town. Great stay.

The location of this hotel and parking were great, right near the escalator that takes you into the historic city. The services was fine, people were nice but nothing extraordinary. It seems that half the hotel was renovated and have is still undergoing renovations. Our room seemed to be untouched since the 1960s but the bathroom was renovated. That being said everything was clean and the room and bathroom were very spacious. The doors and walls are very thin so any noise in the hallway woke us up.

Just outside city centre, this hotel was really nice and comfortable.. only issue was carpark, extremely small.

Great location close to Plaza Mayor, lots of dinning options. Does not have maid service. Has kitchen facilities and with small grocery store around the corner, very helpful! The employees at the front dest were friendly and very helpful!

We are a family of four (with an 8 and a 10 year old) and we spent 2 nights at this hotel on our way from Madrid to Xativa. The hotel was easy to find and parking was conveniently located across the street. You really cant drive in the old city up the hill, so if you have a car, this is the spot. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, tolerating my limited Spanish and successfully directing me to a local park where the kids could run and play (within walking distance). The room was large, with four single beds and a spacious bathroom with a deep tub. It was also spotless. The escalators up to the old city were a short walk away and so the location was great. I believe there was a breakfast buffet, but we didnt partake.

The breakfast is not worth 7 Euros. The parking garage is so tight that I hit a wall in the rental car trying to make a turn.

The best thing about the hotel is that it has its own parking garage and it is 10 minutes to the center of Toledo. The staff was really helpful about getting around Toledo and what to do there. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone who's traveling to Toledo with a car.

We had a large room with balcony overlooking the city beautiful view .Breakfast in a lovely dining room with fantastic views .Very Spanish continental breakfast could have cornflakes without the sugar maybe.

A cozy hotel with a slight and stylish patina. Very very very huge patio. Good prices in the bar. Problem with wi-fi connection in room and in the lobby, too.
