breakfast was good, room was correct, a bit out dated

The room description said clearly is a room with sea view, but in reality, you need to bend over on balcony to see the sea, not even a side sea view! the staff acknowledge the error, but didn't want to do anything about it. I recommand other guests to find other places for good value of money.

Without question the staff, excellent, polite, helpful, nothing ever a problem, couldn’t do enough for you. The rooms were spacious, beds were very comfortable and well equipped, clean too!! Views from the balcony were excellent. The pool was lovely, loads of sun beds and free towels, the beach literally feet away and well stocked with parasols and beds, the sea like a bath! Breakfast was incredible, just loads of quality well prepared food, more than anyone could eat.

The star rating…..if it wasn’t for the staff, location/pool/beach it’d struggle to achieve 4 Stars .The star rating is without question on the optimistic side. The hotel does fall short purely on the tired aged decor, the whole building, gardens, pool area and reception in desperate need of a good makeover. I’ll be honest that the cost to stay there is far from cheap, four nights cost £3000, so the expectation is always going to be high based upon price. It’s the detail that’s missing, and it shows. I’d happily stay there again but I do think it’s over priced, I stayed in Barcelona in a 4 Star hotel recently and it was noticeably different, same price but the levels of comfort and quality on different parallels. I’ve been honest in my summary as that what’s been asked of me, it was good and my wife and I had a great time but I know when talking to others in the hotel they all said the same…..needs a makeover and the cost must reflect comfort and finish.

The food quality was very good. The beach was very near to the hotel, the only thing is that the sun beds in the beach were not of the hotel, so you had to pay for extra for them. The bed was very comfortable, the room was OK.

The overall experience was OK, but I think that the money for the value was a bit too much. That is because we had to travel a long way to go to this hotel.

The location is brilliant just right on the beach with the most stunning blue water!! The room was very comfortable with good working aircon which was definitely needed in July! The pool area was very busy in July which is expected so it can be hard to find a sun lounger. The breakfast was great with lots of options.Free parking. Overall a fantastic stay!

the hotel is getting old and it becomes more and more visibel.

This hotel is stylish, spacious, and luxurious, and the lobby looks literally like a palace. Breakfast is delicious with plenty of choice. Also, the hotel is at the part of the Muro beach with fewer people. Clusters of other hotels are far away, so, you can enjoy the beach without big crowds.

The hotel had a problem with the heating – it was possible to set the thermostat to a maximum of only 19 degrees.

- excellent breakfast and dinner, half board really worth the money - hotel offers a lot of space: lobby, outdoors, restaurant, also fairly large room. - quiet everywhere - very friendly and helpful staff (at start of season and also during 2nd visit at end of the season) - next to the beach, >10km long sand beach - idea location for road cycling; large, clean, well lit storage room for bikes We visited in off-season in early April for 14 days and in late October for 11 days. Gladly come again. Reservation for October next year already done.

- far too soft beds, got a stiff neck (problem with both rooms during my two visits) - the air condition did not cool down below some 22C. - they closed the hotel earlier than planed, I needed to relocate to another hotel for the last 3 days, but everything arranged by them, the other hotel was good)

Staff were fantastic. They knew we were going for our anniversary and they gave us an incredible room and even a congratulations card and a bottle of cava. Very attentive staff in general. Room was big and bed was comfy.

The spa wasn’t the best. We couldn’t use the indoors pool and jacuzzi as it was under maintenance and 1 of the saunas and the steam room weren’t working.

the gym was super dirty. i got bitten by mosquitos - i was covered in bites within 30 mins. the room cleaning was awful. the overall hotel wasn’t clean. awful pillows.

the breakfast was disgusting ! the bed was so very hard !!! in the morning all my bones hurt 🥲I did not like the division of zones at breakfast! if I'm from a super expensive room - so I can't have breakfast on the veranda? and if you have such rules, write at the entrance so that I don’t steal a place and then they don’t throw me out! I did not like that the pool is also divided into VIP zones! if I want to take a bed, I should have the right to do it as a guest of your hotel, I also paid and I have the right to lie where I want! whoever came first took the seat. even at breakfast there was a very unpleasant person who forbade fruit to be taken out to the pool! why can't you take a couple of apples and go to the pool ? and if it is 5 star hotel , there should be shampoo and conditioner, and like in other 5star hotels, body cream and robe ! so definitely this I is not 5 stars hotel … very disappointed ☹️
