It was okay, for our one night.

Toilet was bit flushing properly and sink was not draining. Other clients were loud and stomping across hallway durring the night. Bathrooms are very cold, without any heating source. Window covering on door connected to outside lets in a lot of light.

Even though I had a confirmation from hotels.ca the hotel had no record of it. I waited around for an hour to get the problem rectified. My plans for the evening were compromised. It was an extremely unpleasant experience.

The place itself is quite nice and all the staff are as well. Overall it was pretty good. Our only two issues were:
1 - Unfortunately our bed was barely made, the fitted sheet was only hanging on by about a half inch, so we had to basically make the bed ourselves.
2- We got upgraded for free presumably cause our room was given away, which we thought would be great, but the room we were moved to was directly over top people that were so obnoxiously loud for hours on end that we actually left the hotel at one point to get away from the noise, and when we got back it was still happening well into the late hours of the night

Easy check- in the staff are very friendly .I was on the second floor,was a little scare to book a room there because they are pet friendly and I’m allergic to animal and the room wher so clean that my allergies did not bother me at all. Everything was good in my room . Very quiet food was good . Will be going back for my next stay ty

we had a great stay. Very clean. the staff were friendly and helpful. We are seniors and I would recommend that you ask for a room on the bottom floor rather than the second floor as there are steps to climb. doable but a little harder with luggage. It was a last minute booking for us this time . The free breakfast in the morning was excellent (lots of choices)and the staff we very helpful I would recommend to travellers and will most definately book here again!!

The carpet in our room was heavily stained and made the room smell stale. Breakfast time was very chaotic and frustrating. Too many quests at one time and food and tables were in short supply. Only one staff person trying to cater to a full room of quests. People were not happy.

Amsterdam Inn in Moncton was clean and well maintained. Staff were helpful and friendly. Only notable areas for improvement was the breakfast buffet. The gentleman working the front desk was also looking after the breakfast buffet. Should have separate staff keeping food topped up. As people were also checking out at the time. Several times they ran out of hot food and visitors need to wait several minutes for the food to be replenished and some visitors were running on a schedule. But overall an amazing stay with friend efficient staff!

I stay at this property often because its drive up pet rooms makes it very convenient when you need to take your dog out.
The rooms are always clean and the staff friendly. There is no other place I’d rather stay when travelling with my dog.

Good hotel overall. No elevator and steep stairs to reach the second floor where our room was. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety of food but the morning we ate there the food was not very warm, maybe due to a large number of clients leaving by bus at the same time. Staff was smiling and nice. They responded quickly and efficiently to our only concern (no shower curtain in the bathroom!). There are 3 high speed charging stations in the parking lot.
