Good enough for the price and for a few days. Good wifi, very clean. Smallest shower I have seen and the area isnt the greatest at night.

The airport is run down there’s no air condition Securety is poor and most of the stuff in the airport don’t speak English at all very disappointed nativities none very disappointed with the truth

It needs English speaking staff at the check in. Then entering the floor allays are dirty. Dirty carpets, Makes one feel uncomfortable as what ells is dirty abon entering to your rooms?? Rooms where nice, needs a carpet in bathroom. Has warm water witch was perfect! Great pricing for what you receive.

Me gusta porque es bien centrico, esta cerca de la cinta costera, el personal es muy amable y tiene muy bonita vista. Lo que no me gusta es que hay mucho vagabundo en los alrededores, gente sin hogar en la calle lo cual hace sentir inseguridad y mal aspecto a la cudad, pareciera que el gobierno no se preocupa por ellos.

I rarely write critical reviews, but wanted to warn people about this place. I booked this on Expedia and thought that any place that has a rooftop pool must be fairly good. Wrong. The room was so small that you had to walk sideways to get around the end of the bed to get to the bathroom. No chairs in the room. They had pillow shams, but no other pillows, so all you had was a lumpy sham to sleep on. The room did have AC which worked. The TV reception was poor for at least half the channels. The staff was polite. Coffee only in the lobby. Light fixtures above the bed had no light bulbs in them so you could read and the shower just sprayed out a stream as if there were no shower head at all.

Room's phone broken. Dead internet in my room's floor. Other hotel guests noisy since 4am.

Location was pretty good - we used Uber taxis mostly. Pool needs attention - not regularly cleaned around sitting area and water quality poor. Restaurant service was slow as only one waitress at a time and sometimes did the cooking, I think! Good prices and quantity for food and drink prices too. Almost no English spoken here, so make sure you have an App for that!

I been coming for the last 9 years and I always come back it's a family run hotel very nice and friendly good breakfast (buffet) easy to get around with the metro a blocks away .

We were disappointed with our stay at the Costa Inn. Many of the amenities that sold us on booking were not honored/accurate.After notifying the correct people at the airport about needing a shuttle (which is included in the booking), no one came to get us. The lady at the airport (who was very rude) said she couldnt find a driver to come, so we would either have to keep waiting or take a taxi. When we finally got to the hotel - the transport driver was sitting there on his phone...Another selling feature was the bar/restaurant which the website / profile states is open 24 hours a day - this is false!! We were very hungry when we arrived at 11:30pm, and when I asked about the restaurant, they just said no - is closed. It even says on the door that it is open 24 hours. We asked if there was a place to get snacks / water etc, and the staff again said no. We went out to try and look for a store, but quickly turned around when we realized the hotel is in a very seedy area. At night there were people on every corner trying to wave us over, and we felt too uncomfortable to continue looking around. The breakfast was ok... Coffee, toast, eggs, cake, and hot dogs. The ONLY good thing about this hotel (besides the price - which I now understand why it is so cheap) is the rooftop pool, which actually has nice views of the city and was decently clean. Would not recommend staying here... spend the few extra dollars and stay in Casco Viejo!!

No fridge and had cold shower

They just have shuttle to the airport at 5, 7 and 11 am and charge $2 p/p. When I arrived the front desk told me they didn’t have any room available. I showed her the confirmation number and payment and after a while she said ok I’m going to give you a room. The beds were comfortable, the room in poor condition, the shower has half cortain and half door, the floor were all wet. The breakfast was ok. Front desk girl opposite of nice. I will. Ever come back to this hotel. The taxi was $35 so next time I do prefer to go a $80 hotel for the lay night in Panama.

For the price you pay it’s worth it. Especially if you’re going to and from the airport with their airport shuttle service.

The most dated and unclean hotel i have ever been to. the shower and sink barely worked, and had tons of grime and calcium on it. bed was very springy and uncomfortable, and bedsheets were stained. front desk staff spoke very poor english, so checking in was very difficult. no additional amenities in the room. bad area - very sketchy people always hanging around the hotel. only positive was the airport transfer from the hotel for $2USD.

The hotel was not clean, would never go back. I had to move to another room because how disgusting the room was, the worse was that I had to pay to me moved. Very unhappy with my stay.

The ac remote is so high on the wall that I could not reach it or read it. I was so warm and could not adjust the tempetature. Also, they charged 1.00 for ice to take to your room. The elevator door will not let you put your luggage in without hitting you, it keeps trying to close. The girl at the front desk said it was not working correctly but I have stayed here several times and it is always the same.

Cheap hotel not to far from downtown. The room size is perfect. Otherwise, they cut water during the day and the beds are not confortable. The girl at the receptionist was nice and helpful. It is ok if you don't want to pay to much and stay one night.
