1 barman serves beer to teenagers . rooms at 4th floor are the best you have so much choice in alcohol drinks but no choice in coffee . The coffee is poor better book direct at avrabeach and ask for room with view at sea food is ok staff are friendly but must make so many hours...

Stayed for 4 nights with 2 children and husband. I was ready to change the hotel to something else. The food is terrible in this all inclusive hotel. Eaven my husband who eats mostly everything was disapointed. And the hotel rooms are quite old. Our shower didnt work properly. So I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

AC did not work in one of the rooms, the hotel receptionist could not help us that night - They cleaned the rooms every day, incredibly bad. I could go in 10min after their cleaning and see how much crap everywhere Food: really poor quality, sausages lying in water, hard / old bread. The same thing all the time, no condiments and is completely tasteless and taste like baby food. Worst of all ....... desserts is jello and other similar things. I felt like they did not use sugar without any kind of chemical sweeteners The wines they have in the bar and in the dining room tastes acetone that apply to red, white and rosé They had snacks during the day at the beach bar between the hours. 10-24:00. They had pizza, I have honestly never tasted anything more disgusting pizza than they had. I do not even think they have tasted those pizzas. My children shivered them. If my children do not like their ice creams then it is definitely something wrong We stayed all-inclusive, but after 3 days we started eating out instead Their entertainer, They have 3-4 young people who go around and to have activities like water aerobics (in my mind its not aerobics), darts, football etc. They were kind and nice but they played too loud music on the day and had very strange games on evenings We have paid all inclusive for food and drink. The food is almost inedible and the drinks blend with water

We were a group of 40 guests for a wedding and the service was amazing. The food was always fresh and different. The entertainment team were original and friendly. The staff were great. Cant wait to go back.

Great experience by the beach and within a great location that takes no longer than a 5-10 mins drive from Rhodes old town

We had a great holiday here. Right on beach but not much sand! Food was good and much better than our 5* in Crete last year. Really clean - everywhere. Really helpful friendly staff. Good location to get to Rhodes town and short airport transfer. Minimarket and car hire on site. Local shops and tavernas near by. Great windsurf centre 10 min walk away with excellent instructors. Animation team were fantastic, if you wanted to join in the activities which catered for all age groups.

This was our first time staying at an all inclusive hotel. The food choices were very good. We appreciated the variety and the Greek choices. On the other hand, the drinks were not very good. The soda was some off brand that tasted cheap. The wine was not flavorfull. The bar drinks were weak. At Breakfast there were no fresh juices. The hotel is noisy at night due to poor sound proofing. Doors opening and closing, and voices in the hallways were easily heard in the room. The hotel grounds were clean and pleasant. It would be nice to have non-smoking areas around the pool, bar, restaurant, and beach. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Just arrived back and I thought the place was fab. Food food drinks good by the beach and spotlessly clean I cannut fault this hotel for the money . Kids club and staff were fan too. The only slight negative was the hotel rooms for 3 adults a bit small ( not that we were in them long tbh ) would recommend the bungalow for latger that 2 in a party all in all would go back
