Spa and pool were quite nice.

Room was on a small size and the bathroom was with a bath, so not very pleasant. The cleaning everyday was a bit superficial for a four stars hotel standards and the food had a huge variety but a very poor quality. I would prefer less variety but higher quality. There was not enough healthy stuff to choose. Overall we had a nice stay but the standards of the hotel are not quite those of a four stars structure.

Excellent breakfast. Nice pool area. Two bars. Spotlessly clean. Nice gym / spa area. Good aircon in rooms and throughout hotel. Small fridge in room which was very useful. Pool towels provided. Great central location. Very close to beach and main Street. Very good lighting in the room, unlike most hotels.

Rooms are a little small. Which is fine for a solo traveller like myself, but might be too small for two people sharing. An ice machine on each floor would have been useful.

we loved the location. it was very close to the beach and to the best restaurants around. the staff was also very nice, good variety for breakfast. we definitely appreciate the chef that made fresh omelette/sunny side ups/pancakes and such others every morning. it was also very clean.

the fridge in the room has a nasty smell but it didn’t bother us that much since it was covered inside the cupboard. I think it was from stale milk, probably the people before had milk in it.

Everything was great. Very good location and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great location within the resort and overall a lovely hotel.

Generally very quiet but in the morning, the chamber maids could often be heard with their trolleys outside the room (as the room was situated at the end of the corridor).

very friendly staff, helpful about everything! we were able to stay longer at the pool and still use showers after check out! we celebrated my boyfriends birthday there and they were all very attentive

it seemed nice but they only had room for 1 night. i got there so late at night, so i didnt have time to see the facilities :(

Everything was really good. The location was super close to the beach, the staff was really professional and friendly, the room was clean and it had nice view towards the sea, the food was good with its diversity. See you next year Gran Playa :)

Hotel has a fresh, clean ambiance. Distance to the beach is just one road back; 50m. The room was small but the bed was comfortable and a lovely balcony with tea, coffee, fridge and nice amenities.

The bathroom is also a little small and the shower-over-bath tended to flood.

Perfekt location, very clean hotel and very friendly staff!

I expected the room to be a little bigger.

The location was just perfect, very close to the beach, and a 6 minute walk from the bus stop, a lot of shops and restaurants around. The hotel staff was super pleasant and helpful, highly professional. Rooms had all the stuff needed, we requested a double bed in advance and got it. Food was pretty good and diverse, a lot of options, a lot of fruit, would appreciate a better variety of dessert and if they were more local, but maybe it’s just me. To sum up I’d definitely recommend this hotel :)

the best positives points are: - amazing food with great quality and the chef is cooking exceptionnal, the best from all picafort after several hotel tried - some bedrooms are nicely renovated - beds are confortable (best we found in around 10 different hotels) -adult only - team services from the cleaning ladies, reception, bar are all very kind and always tries to satisfy you - the last floor sauna and hamman with see view , jacuzzi are really amazing

- we would have like being warned when we arrived that we have the right for cold water in half board . it wouod have prevent us from buying and carrying lots of water bottle to the bedroom - more animation the evening will be better - being more strict at the swimming to forbid the booking of sunbed by people who do not have ‘ savoir-vivre’

Location is really good for bars, restaurants, shops and the beach. Breakfast had lots of choice Pool bar was nice and quiet Room as very clean with a great view from our balcony. Beds are very comfortable

Whilst the choice of breakfast was great, the food could have been a bit warmer. Also would suggest letting customers get their own coffee, tea and juices as I've seen before in other hotels. Also need to have a Decaff option

Overall beautiful hotel, updated, clean & modern! Hotel staff was always helpful and nice. Breakfast buffet was great. Just a couple steps from the beach and all the restaurants in the area.

Not much to complain here!! Breakfast could start a bit earlier :) (it was usually from 8am)

Hotel was very clean, fragrant, with a very friendly and helpful staff. The location of the hotel is very good, close to the beach and restaurants. around the hotel and also in the hotel there is a peaceful atmosphere and silence. it was a really pleasant stay.
