Great hotel. Close to Milan Centrale. Loved the vibe!

Love the place,

Cleaning crew did a great job everyday. Water and coffee are provided in the room. Unfortunately, every room has intense neon lighting at the windows that turns on automatically every night at 1am. Being jet-lagged, that was unfortunate. When asking the staff to deactivate it, they didn’t help. Rooftop bar was temporarily closed during our stay, which was not communicated to us prior.

It’s centrally located, lots of restaurants to choose from. Very modern and clean. Excellent staff services.

Great location close to central train station. Rooms are tiny and cleaned every 3 days. The bed sheets had a strong smell of chlorine. Area outside feels unsafe.

A modern American style hotel near Milano Centrale station. Easy to get around by metro and grab a train to other destinations. I recommend it.

Amazing stay

This hotel is super close to the train Station. Walkable with your luggage. just make sure you are exiting the correct side of the station. Exit directly in the front where the big white apple is and cross the street on your right side. I made a mistake and went the wrong direction on the first day. location is quite. Walkable to shopping about 1.5 miles away. staff were friendly and nice. Hotel was clean.

Great choice for our first night after flight from US. Convenient location close to train station and central Milan sights. Property is in good condition, super cool rooftop bar. Room was decent sized by European standards. Breakfast was a nice assortment, filled us up for a busy day on the road. I want to say that the staff were all great. Especially the door guys and the bar staff. I would recommend this hotel.

At first we thought that the hotel and staff was really nice. But I got stuck in the elevator for over 20 mins and they couldn’t figure out how to open the doors. Finally the elevator just started moving on its own and the staff had no clue what happened and how I was able to get out. To me this was not a safe situation. If I was not with my husband I would have lost it as there is no fan or vent in the elevator which made it worse. I am extremely claustrophobic and being in that situation for over 20 minutes was traumatic. The hotel sent a box of macaroons to apologize and said they would take care of our cab rides to the airport the next morning but that didn’t happen. I thought that was the least they could do.

Great service especially to Ario in the reception area. Walkable to central station Everything free in the minibar which was a great perk Restaurant on the 4th floor, food was ok, wish there were more options but overall great

Very nice lo action in a new development of Milan. Easy to walk to most of the key sites (i.e. Duomo). Very nice staff. Plenty of nearby food.

Great hotel and location. The Hotel room and hallways are VERY dark but the location is incredible, near Centrale Station. The staff is awesome! Matteo helped with the touristy what to do things and train times.

Superb

This hotel was nice, clean, and modern. They easily and quickly upgraded our room when we realized we’d booked two twin beds instead of queens. The only downsides were that the room requires a room key to turn on the lights and electrical window shades plus the location is pretty far from city center.

Vey efficient with facilities for a 4*

We had banging noise in the wall for 2 hours in the middle of the night that kept us up the 1st night we stayed there. And then we had no cold water in our bathroom for the entire second day of our stay. The front desk did not accommodate or offer anything at all to use for the 2 inconveniences. Rooftop bar is nice.

This particular property was ideal for our vacation. Centrally located to the train station about a 10 minute walk. Staff at Hotel was gracious and kind and very helpful when we need directions or suggestions for dinner. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by Mateo. He had a friendly smile and was very helpful.
