Staff was great. Free snacks. Clean room. Great stay

I learned after staying in Grenoble that it’s not a good city. I was harassed by numerous men to the point hotel staff had to intervene . I left this hotel because of its poor room design.( very poor lighting in bathroom, very bad drainage in the shower, broken coffee maker, bad electrical system.)

The hotel rooms need to be renovated. The heading section of the bed and the lounge in the corner are made of synthetic leather, but this is completely worn and looks shabby. May bedclothes had holes as well. In a room that has the highest category, I would expect a coffee maker or a kettle and a bottle of water at least. The room was just larger than the regular room I had before. The water in the shower did not drain quickly. Here maintenance would help as well.

2nd time staying for business in Okko Grenoble. The service & friendliness is exceptional. Breakfast quality is real good. The hotel encounter water supplies issues and they have to re-assign a neighboring hotel for me to pull through for 2 nights. and able to move back for the third night. The crisis management was excellent. Will return for sure.

Very good. Felt like home.

Was an enjoyable stay. A choice of pillows would have made it better for our sleeping.

Very bad experience with unruly guests, I was threatened in the lift, when i advised the staff they said they were aware of issues with these people but why did they not throw them out or call the police. All night long I was disturbed by disorder outside and inside the hotel. Also no "free" snacks in the lounge as advertised, only black coffee or tea plus soft drinks, not worth the extra money as the snacks I saw was a bowl of fruit / grapes and Fittings in room were tatty, it needs a bit of TLC and staff training to deal with conflict and safety of guests. The female receptionist who i complained to about the incident in the lift was very understanding and pleasant I left in a hurry feeling frightened for my own safety, i have never ever felt that in a hotel before

Windows are below expectations, noise is going through. Bathroom pipes are very noisy too, it is bad to wake up at 4:30am when the neighbor is having a shower.

The hotel’s public lounge come dining room is lovely - comfortable, stylish and a place to have complimentary drinks and snacks. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room, however, needs updating as it has some very worn features. The bed was comfortable. My other concern is that I was charged by both the hotel and Hotels.com; I am hoping that this will get sorted quickly.

Not sure how this hotel got such good reviews. Very bad experience. No parking in front of the hotel to unload the car, no one at the reception when we arrived, rooms are small and bathroom is pretty much in the room. Will never stay there again.

Great location , clean rooms and very friendly staff. Forgot to look if it had coffee making facilities in the room and they didn't.

The rooms were small but that is part of the unique ness.The compimentary food and drink through the day was definately a bonus.

Easy to find, location is ok. Rooms are in the Okko style, very modern, you like or you don't, but it is very comfortable. It is a larger Okko, with lots of rooms, not sure I like the fact that the front office is not located on the main floor, security wise.

I liked the “club”and the free in-room movies. The staff was very helpful. The only thing I did not like was that I was told parking, which is across the street, was included at check in. Then, I was billed 15 plus euros per night at check out.

Breakfast and evening snack were great and staff was friendly and accommodating. There was no mini fridge in the room, and no ice available in the entire hotel. That complicates matters when you have purchased food for lunch as well as drinks, which taste much better when they are chilled!

While the guestrooms are small in size, they are very well designed, airy, and clean. The common facilities are very nice.

Nice hotel with all the required amenities and none of the extras we didn't need. Great all inclusive rate and excellent staff.

Great hotel, interesting concept of a clubroom where you get what you need rather than room service. Set-up much like a We-Work environment. Not a huge fan of the shower-gel scent, but thats just a preference. Daily water in rooms and nespresso machine is great. Gym is high quality.

The design of the room and the design of the Club...great concept. So much better than classic hotels.

Great little hotel in the center of Grenoble. The hotel is quite new and very modern in it's decoration. Hotel hospitality is also very good. They serve a small tapas like buffet each day and give a complementary bewerage of choice each day.

Amazing hotel, only negative was that the air con didn’t work so the room got extremely stuffy.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with both the city center and the tram system easily accessible. The complementary breakfast and evening light meal service are definitely the highlights of the hotel. The community area where this was available was comfortable, and the food ample and of high quality. A person could easily get by without having to go out for meals other than lunch. The servers were also very accommodating. I checked in about 10 minutes after their evening service and they offered to make me a plate from the food they had just taken into the back. The only problem with the hotel is in the layout of the room and some of the finishes. The room is very modern and open. This is nice, but the 'edgy' design has a couple of defects. The bathroom is a raised platform with a completely flat floor that does nothing to limit water from the shower from flowing everywhere. I had to use several towels to keep it from flooding the sink & toilet areas, and I kept checking to make sure it wasn't flowing out the front onto the room floor. This is an annoyance now, but after several years I can imagine it causing damage to other fixtures. Other than that, there were a couple of damaged items, like towel hooks, that don't bode well for the durability of the fixtures over time. Overall, I recommend the hotel, especially for the service and the food, but make sure to check the reviews to see if the condition of the rooms deteriorates.

It was not easy to find a shuttle bus at the airport. Wifi was very good.
