loved the decor and vibe

The floors were so dirty, our feet were sticking to them. Will stay somewhere else next time.

I couldn’t like anything I made reservations with expedia and I got to hotel indigo and they said I they didn’t have any rooms left and I never got my money refunded back to me because I don’t have the number to expedia

Payed outrageous price because it was college move in weekend so all hotels overpriced. However I booked a room with two beds which they did not have. We instead got an uncomfortable roll away bed. If you cannot provide what was paid for it is normal to offer a discount, which we didn’t get. Will not book hotel indigo again.

Comfortable safe appropriately priced for the area.

We stayed at Hotel Indigo 2 years ago and had a great experience. Made sense to boo again.

Annoying valet parking

Forced to pay for Valet parking & the breakfast was not included in the stay.

This is the second time staying at this facility and the hotel is great. However, the biggest issue is parking. You can really only valet park and it is fairly expensive!!

Front desk staff as well as the restaurant staff were phenomenal - very kind, helpful and attentive. Drinks were nice and strong and the breakfast was good. The room was a good size (1 King) and the bed was comfortable. I loved the fridge and coffee maker. My room should have been cleaned more thoroughly - I found a pair of pants and a shirt from a previous guest in the closet and the floor in the room needed to be vacuumed with more detail and washed properly. The room was otherwise clean, however. The bath products (soaps, etc.) smelled great and were lovely. Nice water pressure in the shower, too. There were a few random pieces of trash in the hallway (papers, dryer sheet). Otherwise the property was clean, newer, and comfortable for the price. I stayed with my dog and they were kind to him and made us feel welcome. Target was only a 2 block walk away. I did not have a car with me but Valet Staff was pleasant and always said hello as you entered the building. The area around the hotel is OK - it felt safe to walk the dog and go to Target but I wouldn't feel comfortable walking to go get dinner when the sun is down. Overall good stay, I recommend this place if the price is right.

Great, very nice

Great location away from downtown with great dining options within walking distance. Staff was great! Restaurant and several areas of hotel seem to be under construction. The room was not ok and had a damp sort of smell. Shower tiles were a little moldy and didn’t look great. Maybe missing a coffee table by couch? Inadequate lighting. Hopefully the rooms are part of the Reno!

$33.00 per day for valet parking without an option???

Loose tiles in bathroom. Breakfast buffet not good

When I opened the drapes, I looked right out to a large air conditioning unit. There was zero view unless you really are in the air-conditioning ductwork. Also, I was not happy with the fact that I had to valet park and it was almost $40 a night.

This hotel seems to be a new property trying to figure out what it is. Our room was huge with 2 queen beds. But it lacked enough "fill" for the space. It was just open space. The decor was new but confused as to what the theme was. The restaurant and bar were large and well decorated but lacked professional staff. The check in clerk seemed pleasant but untrained. The A/C worked but was noisy and let the temperature fluctuate too widely. The window shades kept out the light but the mechanism to lift them did not work. Finally I can't figure out why this hotel is in this location. It seems isolated.

Staff was fantastic, room was very comfortable. We had everything we needed.

Not super clean. But still probably the nicest hotel ive ever stayed in. You have to find street parking or use their vallet. Super close to attracrions, restaurants, and bars. Will prob stay again.

Housekeeping came into our room without knocking at 7am while we were sleeping. They continued to bang on the door every 30 minutes until we checked out. Check out was at 11 am

Pleasant all around and extremely friendly staff. Very convenient with a great coffee shop just a block away--redstart roasters.

This is a terrible property and a bad neighborhood. They have smoke detectors in the room to call the fire department if somebody smokes a cigarette. Woke the entire place up and made us all go outside. They didn't apologize and they didn't comp us either. No diversity among staff, most had an apathetic attitude! Valet service was good, I only used it because they have NO parking and the street parking is not safe. IHG should take their name off of this one, I'll never stay with them again!

Small room, in desperate need of updating. No refrigerator. Zero housekeeping! Would never recommend this hotel.

Valet parking only however parking service is very good. No microwave is available inside your room, must be using the only one on guest service floor . Big room and clean. Floor tiles, shifting / moving ( #306 )

The hot water was luke warm. The room had a slight odor.

Excellent accommodations

Well located. Updated and clean. Our room looked out on to a brick wall but we weren’t in Pittsburgh for the view so I didn’t mind.

Reaked liked aresole & clorox even the bedding & towels. There was Clorox in the coffeemaker literally made me sick. Painting in restaurant that was never open & w/ only one vegetarian option, a casear salad, nothing vegan, ew.
