Watch out … left a electronic device in the room, checked out and a couple of hours later the device was gone / never seen.

We were in the hotel for one night.
The hotel was fine but very expensive for the value.
The general feeling was that they try to make everything okay but not beyond that.
The staff also did the necessary minimum.

Great hotel . It’s high end and staff at front desk were friendly and helpful. The roof top bar is why I deduct one star for service . View is gorgeous . Need reservations in advance as it is popular and packed especially dinner time .
Hostess could be more friendly. One was snobby and looked us up and down before telling her Cowper to help us. Just one person we found to be Very unprofessional and rude .

Place was nice. Room was great size and bathroom was spacious. My only real complaint was that we wanted ice and it was going to be 7.5 euros. At nearly $500 a night, I wouldn’t expect to get nickled and dimed

Protect location right next to the Duomo, was very quiet and nice.

House keeping was subpar, they left open bag of chips in the room one night, didn’t refill coffee pods the 2nd night and left only 2 towels for 3 people

Overall a great hotel, but what is it about not letting the guest control the AC in the rooms.
The thermostat on the wall is a dummy. You actually have to call downstairs and have the front desk lower the temperature. Anything below 20C or 70F and you'll need some serious negotiations skills. Pretty typical in Europe I guess, but why.

The hotel staff was very nice and the room was pretty spacious and clean only minus point for me would be the missing of a Smart TV at least for the night it would have been nice since the hotel seemed so new and luxury I would have expected that. But the best thing was that it was so central you could walk directly to all the different spots and shopping areas. Breakfast had a decent selection especially with changing sweet bakery. Overall definitly a recommend!

We have been guests in your hotel a few times now. But the friendliness leaves a lot to be desired, from check in to the breakfast staff.
For the price of over 300 francs per night for a 4 star hotel. one can expect much more. Or is it simply because me and my wife are dressed simply. Clothes make the man ;) but I like to run plain and no one can know whether I have money or not. But I would think about it carefully.

Very large rooms and beautiful bathroom. Close to everything. Staff Brilliant. My wife got sick and they arranged a doctor within an hour. Also allowed us to stay in our room until 6.00 pm for a reduced fee

Nice modern hotel. Our room on the 9th floor was huge and very comfortable for the 3 of us. The bathroom and the ‘rainfall’ shower was nice. Best of all was the location, only minutes away from the Duomo and Galleria. I recommend this hotel.
