Just off the main strip. Nice breakfast. Nice staff. The stairwell had a few mosquitos. And the spa had no availability at the time.

Good location to core area of Taormina but extremely noisy. Hotel is directly on very busy roadway. Staff very friendly and helpful!

Hotel staff from Reception to Breakfast and Room Cleaning were all excellent and very friendly. I made the mistake of thinking that the Spa area picture was an indoor swimming pool so we were disappointed that we didn’t have a pool. I am not sure it was great value for money but Taormina in August seems to be more expensive everywhere. However, in all an enjoyable stay.

Good hotel. I stayed in the room Room with patio or terrace , staff are friendly. We had food from the restaurant was delicious. The down size is strong smell come from bathroom when we enter the room after we went out. And lift didn’t work when we check out! We have to carry heavy suitcase from 3rd floor to come up

The parking or lack there of is awful! They don’t give you any instructions on where to park or that you need to take a ticket from the parking garage near them and place it in your windshield or you will be ticketed!

Parking and parking instructions were absolutely horrendous. We tried to park in the parking garage next to the hotel but nobody told us that we needed to take a ticket and to put it in our windshield otherwise we’d get a ticket from the police. And we did!

The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were clean, but the natural gas smell was awful. It smelled like natural gas outside the room and it seeped into the room giving me a headache. We brought it to the attention of the hotel, but they said that was normal, no danger to us. We asked if we could get the fan turned on to remove the smell from our room, but they said they couldn’t until April 1st…will not be returning to this property

It was very good. The few issues were handled quickly and very nicely.
Breakfast is good for price. No evening restaurant until Summer time I guess… beautiful views!! Hot tub is not really hot… boohoo.
Quick walk to 20 tests and bars. Not a lot of sidewalks going up hill to piazza. Be careful.

No surprise but finding the parking is a bit of a trick, but once there you can leave it and walk everywhere. Very convenient. Our room had two balconies overlooking the city and the sea. Everyone was very friendly.

No frills hotel in an amazing location. Very short walk (straight uphill) to the main road in taormina with all the shops/ restaurants. Bedroom was decent size. Balcony with sea view was nice. My only complaint is that you can hear neighbors through walls easily.

Huge room, comfy bed, great location, right next to a parking lot. Staff is super helpful and kind. Restaurant as so good, we ate there both nights and has a fabulous view.

Parking requires coin or cc. I had no coin and my cc was briefly locked. The staff were not able to help. So I ran up the hill for a machine, got euro. Then back to hotel, no change. Ran back up the hill only to discover that coin is more valuable than paper. Eventually, cc unlocked. Parking paid. Breakfast is not very good.

It was far from the train station up a very steep hill. There was no pool! Shopping was great. The property was under construction.

The reception staff Claudia and Milena were absolutely amazing, very welcoming, always smiling and happy to help with everything including recommending and booking amazing restaurants, these two alone made our visit to Taormina so lovely and easy.

A random pick off hotels.com to a place we had never been. Best possible pick!! The hotel is a gem. The staff was awesome at check in and check out…even saw us off when the taxi arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed and pillows were so comfortable. And bonus - it is the PERFECT location for visiting Taormina. We hope to be back one day! 💥💥💥💥

As it was out of season the bar and restaurant were not open. The room was very good with a really sunny balcony.
Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and plentiful. We could not access the safe and we could not operate the TV but that wasn't important. The shower was as is typical in Italian hotels a very tight squeeze and needed some repair work done The shower also was not very clean. Situated within walking distance (uphill) to the centre of town and not too far to the bus station. I would recommend this hotel for visits to Taormina.

The view was great!The girl on the reception was very rude - we have some problems with the check-in, also she didnt mention to us that there is a transfer available to a beach (we found about this option later through the website).There was no hot water.

Near the main town which is where it’s ideal to stay when visiting Taormina. Very short walk to the cable car to go to the beach. Excellent pick up spot near bus terminal and has a car park close by for pick up to excursions too. Clean, nice staff. No food or room service for lunch or dinner. Empty bar with great views. Nice breakfast with a wide choice.

please with location, booked for AMAZING VIEWS MOSTLY...breakfast was just ok. limited continental type, enjoyed the walks up the hill to the main attractions, restaurants, shops, room was ok, mattress very uncomfortable, springs poking in my back all night, big negative ….NOISY FREEWAY BELOW....very very noisy...we booked for the views, but the noise was taking all the beauty away...

Room was fantastic and the bathroom very clean and big. Plenty space. View was lovely. Hotel staff were kind. Breakfast was great!. Not far from main site streets and cable transport to beach. Would stay again!

Close to town centre, but you have to go up a steep hill to get there which could be a problem for some. Staff responded quickly to emails asking for information before arrival. We received a warm welcome & were shown to our room. Room had been recently refurbished & was comfortable, exceptionally clean with tea & coffee making facilities. Room had a good view over the Bay & great view from terrace bar.Only downside was lack of information in the room & the fact Reception was not always manned.
