Very clean modern hotel. The staff were all very very friendly and went out of there way to help us out with questions and looking after our bags for the day once we had checked out.

The hotel was lovely.
But the beds and pillows where to soft.
My back is hurting after a night sleep.
Everything is run by pad in the room we find out after first night, AC, Light the lot. Was so warm. Great breakfast with a la carte choice.
We had dinner one night and it was good also.

Hotel Puro was a great place to stay, with excellent ammenities, and incredibly helpful and courteous staff, and outstanding location--right in the middle of old town Gdansk. And it was surprisingly quiet in my room, which was outstanding! the only thing I didn't exactly like was that my room faced a narrow courtyard, and so my view was the other rooms, which made me feel like I was in a fishbowl! Again, there was no issue with noise, it just seemed strange, and I didn't want to ever open the curtains while I stayed. Otherwise, it was fantastic!

Great stay at Puro, the room was very comfortable with a TV, fridge, safe and hair drier. There were a wide range of toiletries in the bathroom. Hotel reception area is welcoming with lots of seating areas, a bar and restaurant. Bikes available for the use of hotel guests along with free tea and coffee making facilities.

My favorite hotel in Gdańsk. Good location amazing breakfast buffet and a la carte. Different free activities for guest like spa treatment or cocktail course and free bike rentals. Rooms are clean and service is good. The rooftop bar is cute

The hotel is modern, clean and in a great location. The glass walls for the bathroom is an interesting concept. Not the best for privacy, so I’d consider that a design flaw. Otherwise, it’s a great hotel.

We had to change our train reservation, difficult for me since I do not speak Polish. The lady at the front dest not only helped get a new reservation and a taxi and a bagged lunch for the both of us. Kudos😍

Great hotel close to many good restaurants, yet quiet.
Fantastic employees!. Asked in the reception if they could fix a blinking bedlamp and the janitor was in our room before we got up there! Also very helpful with taxi reservations etc.
Great lobby with very high ceiling and a nice lobby bar, also with a very nice bartender.
Small "Classic double"-room but nice.
I do not give 5-stars as the bathroom door did not close tight and there were no knobs to hang your towel.
Highly recommended!
If I visit Gdansk again, I will stay there!

Lovely modern hotel with great facilities in a fantastic location. A short walk from the charming old town and close to lots of nice bars and restaurants.
Friendly and helpful reception staff who had also arranged a birthday card and some chocolates to mark my husband's birthday which was a nice touch.
The free hot drinks were great following a long day exploring (especially on the colder days!).
There is some building work going on in the area but this didn't impact our stay. We would highly recommend the Puro and would definitely stay here again if we return to Gdansk.

Breakfast buffet was one of the most extensive and well presented we have had.
Lovely relaxing communal spaces to sit in with friends and enjoy the option of a bar or free coffee.

Puro was a fantastic hotel with incredible service. A friend recommended the hotel, and I was even more impressed than I thought I would be. It was great to be in a location near the action, but on a quiet street. They even let me check in early. The best part was the free walking tour when I got to the city -- a perfect touch.
