Great quiet location near to town. Very nice accommodation and beautiful gardens. Good place to explore the South West.

Very convenient location though the house is sited at the top of a long and fairly steep driveway. The hosts are delightful. The bedroom we had did have an en-suite bathroom but was a little cramped, the bed was very comfortable.

So close to everything and friendly people. Nannup is a central place

Lovely spot to stay overnight between Busselton and Margaret River. Warm, quaint and inviting. Perfect for couples looking to escape.

A quiet yet highly accessible town for an overnight country stay. The house is more like a small hotel but with friendly country-style hospitality. Set in well-maintained gardens, the House is a short walk from the main street and on the edge of bushland and hills. A peaceful place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this historic bed & breakfast while bicycling the Munda Biddi trail through Western Australia. It was a historic, stately home perched on a small hill less than 5 minutes walk from town. Louise welcomed us and guided us to THE local hangout spot that evening (Wednesday = pizza and live music at a local cafe), and was able to give us information about our biking route. Especially liked the common areas: indoor living room, outdoor seating area surrounded by a fountain, roses and flowering plants.

Very welcoming and warm large house with excellent facilities. The house is cosy yet grand with open fires and comfortable sofas for chatting with fellow guests over a glass of wine. The rooms were all delightfully decorated and breakfast was delicious. All of which set in lovely gardens on the edges of the Southwest forests.

Loved holberry house and its facilities, especially the huge spa. Also the meal at the pub in nan up was great value!!

Absolutely amazing. The decor is so classical and homely. It was as if I was staying at a relatives home! I loved our room and was surprised that the owner had upgraded our room with an ensuite without charge! Also, the cleanliness of the whole place! So clean and fresh The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking and I loved the downstairs living room with all of the wonderful books and the fireplace! The cooked breakfast was beautiful, as well.
