Nice location, a lot of work going on around property with sewerage works etc made getting in and out difficult. Unit smelt like it had just been painted and made some of us feel unwell, and as it was so cold, you couldn’t open the place up.

Great stay. we were there the third week of Feb. and it was really quiet. Perfect location. 1 minute walk to a very nice and quiet beach where we saw pelicans. easy drive to many other great spots along the coast and in the Margaret river area.

We had a very nice 2 night stay at Bayshore Beachside. Our welcome on arrival was friendly, helpful and enthusiastic. The villa was equipped with everything we needed and would also be perfect for a much larger group. The whole complex was a relaxing place to be with lovely gardens, inlet out the back and beach across the road. Dunsborough township is only a short drive away or bike ride along the scenic path. We had stayed here 17 years ago with our young children and hope to return again sometime.

One of the best equipped villa's we've stayed in. Highly recommend it.

We had a lovely stay. The villa we had had a queen bedroom and then a king bedroom with an ensuite down stairs and then 4 single beds with a TV upstairs. Downstairs also had the kitchen, bathroom, toilet and lounge area. The backyard also had a table and tables and was a lovely private area. Would be great for people on longer stays as it had washing machine, dryer and drying rack. Our only issue was when the kids were upsides it was very noisy when they walked around. It had to keep tell them in tread lightly. It also had a great play room, tennis court and BBQ area in the complex. Right across the road from the beach, was a lovely walk.

Good stay at Bayshore Beachside resort. The property is located close to the ocean and is relatively close to Dunsborough city centre. The property's amenities are good and the room was clean and ofmgood size.

This accommodation gave us somewhere to completely relax after our day, great peace and quiet, and Bruce gave us great advise on where to go and what to do, backed up with leaflets of the places. lovely stay, would certainly return for longer next time

Good location pleasant town plenty of shops and restaurants

The room was reasonably clean and comfortable and we were pretty happy with it, but they should include venetians in their cleaning routine, because they collect a lot of dust and it shows. The absence of a reception for most of the day is a bit of a problem because you have no one to turn to if you are missing something in the room or if can't find where it is. Door locks were not very effective and the sliding door of the main bedroom was not properly installed and it could be very well considered an hazard if you have lively kids around. To the manager, fixing the small nuisances listed above should be not very expensive and would lift the perceived quality to 5 star, especially if you set up a more reasonable availability of reception staff, 5 hours a day is quite ridiculous, at least a phone number, that is not only for emergency, should be provided.

Quiet location with spacious and well laid out rooms. We had a relaxing stay.
