I want to give this hotel a better rating. I really do. Unfortunately, for two years in a row, I've had problems and this year things were worse. Let's start with the good. The rooms are large and modern. They're clean—when they've been cleaned. The front desk staff tries hard to do good by their customers, but they're often understaffed at key times, leaving them overwhelmed and having to deal with customers who are forced to wait 10, 15, 20 minutes or more to check in or out of the property. There's a lot of potential here, and after encountering issues last year—which the staff worked hard to accommodate—I decided to give this hotel a second chance. Unfortunately, what I saw last year seems less an anomaly and more how things work at this location. Both years, there was a problem with my first room. Last year the keys wouldn't open the door. This year, they didn't need to, because I arrived at the room to find the door open. When I stepped inside it was obvious from the smell that the room hadn't been cleaned. Each time the staff was kind enough to upgrade me to a (supposedly) better room, which I appreciate. (In both cases, the room was on a higher floor but the floor plan was, as far as I could tell, the same.) And, coincidentally, I was given room 1901 both times. Unfortunatley, there's not enough space to detail the multiple issues I encountered. I will mention the awful service in the cafe, though. Decent food, but 90 minutes to get lunch/check is unacceptable.

We stayed at this hotel for our overnight layover in Panama. The view of the city from our room was beautiful. There were a bunch of things to do in walking distance. Very clean and spacious room. Free parking.

Excellent stay!

For the most part it was fine. We did have someone knocking on our door at 5am sat morning supposedly for some type of repair that we did not request. Then he woke us up again less than an hour later with the same issue. When we left in the morning we noticed that the cover to the key scanner on the door was removed. That was quite disconcerting and we reported it to security. Never was replaced

Nice modern, quiet and comfortable interior. Had great floor to ceiling view of the city. Friendly and helpful, english speaking staff. Breakfast was only so-so for the price. Would definitley book again. Restaurant had multicultural selections.

Very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room and the hotel. A short taxi from the old town area and right next to a large shopping mall. The room was spectacular and the view from the room, amazing.

Comfortable, very well located hotel. Great rooms, great amenities, fantastic service. Clean, modern, beautiful decor. Pool, which is advertised as heated, remained cold every day of my stay, despite letting the front desk know daily.

Wey rude front desk when my girlfriend returned after a day shopping. Another ID check was required and quite forceful about it. The restaurant that may not be a part of the same company had great food and atmosphere, however a heated debate between the servers and the cashier over $4.00 Plenty of other places to stay
