Cleanliness - disappointing really. I understand that they provide cleaning once a week, but the floor was not thoroughly hoovered/ surfaces were not cleaned thoroughly before we went in, so by day 3 - it was not in a clean state.
We stayed for 7 days - General hygiene rule being we should change our towels every 3 days, and we were only given 1 set of towel each (so we ended up using the same towel over 7 days/ 6 nights), pretty horrible. This can be easily solved if they provided us 2 sets of towels each. I did ask - I was asked to pay if I want clean towels…
Overall I would say this is a good place if you’re only staying for 2-3 days, for those reasons.

We love staying here, the room was spacious and the property has a coffee bar, beer in tap, food for purchase, toiletries and even stuff for babies which was super helpful since we weee traveling with out 1 year old.

Friends and I have just enjoyed a stay here and it was perfect. It was easy to get to from our event at Gunnersby Park and a bus and tram ride away from Kings Cross. The apartment is well equipped and we had everything we needed to have a very comfortable stay. A gem of a place!

The hotel front desk personal were all so great. The AC in the hotel rooms dont get as cold as I would like but that is just me so it is relative and its the UK with its weather lol. The rooms were very spacious, there is an interesting balcony and you get everything in a studio apt. My stay was still excellent and I highly recommend with a grain of salt ; ) Thanks guys.

An Aparthotel where you could actually cook a meal and eat in a dining area! We moved tabled and chairs into large double glazed balcony area and cooked a simple pasta meal for 3 (us and a guest) - Sainsbury's Local next to hotel. Nice, comfortable queen bed and decent bathroom. Nice, half an hour walk to Kew Gardens or restaurants on Chiswick High Street.

Lovely studio apartment. We only stayed for one night so didn't need to use much of the very well equipped kitchen. Tea, coffee and milk, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets provided. Reception staff were lovely and helpful. Although prior communication that photo ID is required to check in prior to arrival would have been appreciated as I didn't have any with me!!

Mediocre stay. The hot water kettle was unusable. Laundry machines were filthy and unfit for use. Had to switch rooms on check in, due to the sheets not being clean. (A lot of someone else’s hair inside the sheets.)
Dishwasher worked well and sainsbury local was convenient.

The water kettle was brown and burnt on the inside. Unusable. The laundry machines in the basement are good machines, but not kept up to a clean standard. There was standing water in the seal of the laundry bin. Basically a dirty wash. The shower had mound spores in the ceiling.
We had to change rooms because the sheets had too many hairs from another person. We weren’t sure if they were fresh sheets.
Other than that it was ok. The rooms are in decent condition and the dishwasher worked well.

Overall the building and rooms were nice. Could use a couple of cushions on the hard wooden chairs.Given it has a kitchenette it was poorly equipped for it. No cooking utensils, only 3 plates, glasses etc. no lids for the pots and no pans to use in the oven

Upon arriving at the Aparthotel in Brentford, we were greeted by a helpful reception staff, and the on-site parking provided by the hotel was a convenient plus. However, our positive impressions quickly faded once we stepped into our room.
The accommodations lacked the cozy and inviting atmosphere one would expect from a hotel. Instead, it felt more like a hostel, with a distinct lack of attention to cleanliness and comfort. The room was far from the welcoming we had hoped for, leaving us deeply dissatisfied with the overall experience.
Compounding our disappointment was the hotel's breakfast offering, which can only be described as abysmal. The selection was poor, the portions were meager, and the food seemed far from fresh. We were informed that the eggs were kept frozen before being cooked, which explained their unappetizing taste and texture. Adding insult to injury, our daughter's glass contained floating limescale from the water dispenser, an unacceptable lapse in basic hygiene standards.
The gym facilities were also a letdown, with a noticeable lack of cleanliness and maintenance. It was clear that the hotel's attention to detail and commitment to providing a satisfactory experience for guests was sorely lacking.
While the reception staff was helpful, and the parking was a convenient amenity, these positive aspects were overshadowed by the numerous shortcomings we encountered during our stay. Never again.

The polite and friendly staff of Sheena and co make checking in feel like a home coming and the place a home away from home.

I had a pleasant stay at this property, it was an interesting layout to come into but once you figure it out it’s pretty self explanatory. The rooms were big and spacious equipped with everything they needed to have. I would stay here again once the opportunity presents!

A very large room (for London) with self-catering and all mod-cons provided. You could easily stay there for a month and feel right at home. Staff were friendly and everything worked.

It's a bit more out of the way than most but for a nice and quiet stay it's perfect. The room had everything I needed and then some, and the staff was super helpful (shout out to Vanisha!). Another bit I love is that the lobby has snacks, coffee, and other drinks like wine as well as other little conveniences. I forgot my adaptor at home and the front desk had one available for purchase which was so perfect for my long stay in the UK ahead. Would recommend!
