Staff is genuinely nice. The place is very clean and nicely kept. Parking is easy. So many vendors around the area and makes it nice to walk around. There’s a little park that’s perfect for the kids. This is our second time staying here.We would do it again.

Staff was very friendly, and security at night made us feel safe. The area was very quiet and hotel room was very clean. We arrived early in the morning and the staff offered to hold our luggage until check in. At check out, they had someone double check to ensure we didn’t forget any of our items. Overall would definitely stay here again!

I always stay here when I come to Colima. Very clean, very comfortable, near good restaurants, great service! My only issue is the poor wifi.

What I didn’t like it was there were saying that they were missing some towels. There was nothing missing. When I did my checked out.

Staff is nice and pleasant. The facility is pretty and comforting. There an AC and ceiling fan that work perfectly. The room and hotel is very clean. They do an awesome job at cleaning the room each day. Parking is awesome and surfer used. Only down side there’s no hot water and no elevator.

Stayed from December 24 to January 2. Limited parking or no parking when hotel is at capacity. Tv remote didnt work. Little holes in front door that are see through. One guest had his vehicle catalitic converter stolen from his vehicle (newer toyota pickup) in hotel parking lot the night of January 1st /morning of January 2nd. He asked me to look under his car to help him confirm it was catalitic convereter. Overall it was a good stay in good location. We’ve stayed here multiple times over the years.

Loved the fact that they actually had GOOD TOILET PAPER, didn’t like the fact that I was almost assaulted while drinking a beer on there premises. Overall Good Hotel GREAT STAFF they just need too beef up their SECURITY !

The hotel is nice, no elevator though. When we first check in, we thought the service was bad, but we like giving second chances. We didn't eat at the restaurant, just snacked and drank. The service at the bar and restaurant was not great, except from the head waiter. He was really nice and attentive. We mentioned to him that the other employees' service wasn't great because they don't even pay attention to us. After that, the service improved, but not at the reception. The service at the counter continued to be really bad. They wouldn't acknowledge us, even if we're standing there right in front of them. The two employees there were talking at one point, pretending to be working. I heard one of them say something like let's continue after you take care of them, and the other one who was supposed to help us said, no it's ok. After a minute or two the second employee left and the one on the counter was just looking at some papers or in my opinion just pretending to work. After another minute, she asked if we were waiting on her, I said yes. Of course, I was waiting on her, why else would I be standing there. I like this hotel because of where it is, but the service I don't like, with the exception of a couple of the waiters. The cleaning ladies are also nice and do a great job.

Tuvimos un inconveniente al ingresar... no consideraron las peticiones especiales, que al final pudieron resolver. El hotel es sumamente ruidoso, escuchas todo lo que sucede fuera de tu habitación... tuvimos que pagar por personas adicionales y nos cuestionaron la entrega de toallas limpias, sabanas y colchas duras.
