Clean but very small and a little rundown.

Central hotel near main square in Lille

room was everything i needed - tv was only in french but other than this perfect.

Travel lodge style city centre accommodation. It was clean and tidy. Air conditioning is centrally controlled, our room wasn’t on when we first arrived but reception soon sorted it out. No drink making facilities in the room and limited food options at the hotel however plenty of eateries nearby. Concise Ie t for our connection to Eurostar and the European rail network.

In the heart of Lille, minutes away walking to major tourist sites, as well as metro and train services.

If you are an American tourist in the summer, avoid this hotel. AC was on a timer and only accessible by the front desk. Had to get up multiple times in the middle of the night from sweating to ask the front desk to turn it on. Had a baby in tow and made it miserable for him as well. Rooms are bare bones, shower is low pressure and drains are slow. Was told we even had to leave an hour before our checkout was listed online.

Tired old room ,airflow poor ,filters caped in dirt.Window filthy .shower head wouldn’t fit holder .Crusty fittings.Nothing like the photos need knocking down .Stay well away .Shy anymore would choose to advertise this place on their platform is beyond comprehension.

Excellent location for the Hotel , all the staff are very friendly, including the housekeeping. Nice, nice breakfast and relaxation area. Five minutes from majority of all things.

Bad smell, outdated facility. Pictures used in advertising should be updated to depict reality.

The hotel was good value for money and clean. What does let it done is the entrance from the street. It looks run down and at times had to rubbish in it. It did not give a good impression on arrival.

Bed was comfy. Room was rather hot and no opportunity of opening the window.

Enjoyable stay but deceptive. From outside one wouldn’t want to stay there. Once inside the hotel, it is modern and up to date. One has to go the second floor where the lobby is. Excellent location.

Clean, modern hotel on the second floor above a shopping precinct. Tiny double room, but good big bed. Excellent shower. Fast internet. Good value overall.

Located close to the République Beaux-Arts metro station and a twenty minute walk from Gare de Lille Europe, the hotel is positioned well for those visiting the city and looking to explore. Can be accessed on the 1st floor after entry. Rooms are fairly small with a large bathrooms with fairly modern accessories. Service at the hotel was magnificent, friendly welcome and support for anything you might need at check-in

Good location But entrance to the hotel not welcoming The staff was quite friendly double room = very small room (didn't look like what was shown on the photo) Not very clean (matress full of hair and I even found a dead insect) No view (view on other room windows and on a very small, dark and gloomy "backyard" Noice from the heating system at night Far too much heating coming from the ceiling just above the bed (difficult to sleep) Matress protection (poor quality) made of plastic so it makes you sweat at night Very small shower Would not go back to this hotel and would not recommend this hotel

Parking is not straight forward as pedestrian zone has not been updated with Google Map.

We had a great 5 nights stay in Lille. The hotel is very clean and the staff very friendly and professional. The hotel location is very central.

Hotel was a great little get away

Right in the middle of the city, 10 minutes walk from the train station. Restaurants nearby

It is very convenient and centrally located. Quiet at night. The room is tiny and it was okay for a night stay. The staff are friendly and helpful making the stay lovely.

There was just a table in the room. Not even a cupboard to put your clothes or other belongings. The flushing hardly works. It takes up to 20min even cistem was filled again
