The food was good, especially in the beginning, when they didn't have many guests. After that it was a little worse.
If you like watermelon be sure to come on time for lunch, after the first hour they will not bring it again.
The hotel is quite ruined, and I don't know how it got 4 stars at all. We wanted to change our room because of the mold issue, but the other two rooms, which they offered us, were even worse. We could not use the closet in the room because of the strong smell of mold.
The glass in the shower cabin was too narrow, and after showering there was a puddle of water in the bathroom. No soap for toilette either.
The dishes in the restaurant were generally not well washed. Several times I had to change the plate because some were really dirty. Sweet buffet was a disaster.
The water in the sea, near to the hotel, is full of seaweed (at least first 50m in the sea). If you want to find clear water without it, you have to walk about 500m. From that point of view, the location of the hotel is not good.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Allowed us to stay in our room on day of checkout until 5pm until our transport arrived.
Hotel is hit rough around the edges but location is 10/10.

Room comfort
The room was nice and spacious
Unfortunately where do I Start.
My wife is disabled and cannot do stairs.
Our room was close to the elevator and we had a disabled room with grab rail etc which was great, however half way through our holiday the elevator broke down (I understand no one's fault) but this was promised to be fixed and wasn't so my wife was forced to walk the distance of the hotel to get to the other elevator
The disabled grab rail for the toilet cam away from the wall and wasn't fixed so my wife struggled getting off the toilet which is a basic human right
Unfortunately the food was awful. I have eaten all over the world and by Spanish standards would not expect what we had. The food was repetitive and cold alot of the time. We ended up eating out 3 or 4 nights of our holiday which meant my wife was confined to the room which wasn't ideal
My daughter had toast one morning with mould on the bread.
Lastly which really was disappointing- I had permission to take food to my room from the reception which was great however the head chef took the note off me half way through the holiday and said I wasn't allowed to take food up to the room or with a tray which I had to carry the food with a tray and a small child in the other arm as well whilst my disabled wife remained in the room
I carried on taking food to my room regardless of this problem
See photos would like compensation for my wife's sake if nothing else

Th staff were good and helpful. We had an ocean view with balcony which was good as we could sit out and relax some days before dinner.
The area was good as we had a car to go to some attractions. The local bus service was good also.
The food was fairly good with plenty choice, although lots of flies on the food itself. The desserts were the same for lunch and dinner and very repetitive each day. For the 10 days of our stay, it was the same every day. At one point they ran out of ice cream for several days.
As this was our first all-inclusive hotel stay it did not live up to our expectations. We did not expect our drinks to be served in small paper cups i.e., beers or cocktails and was not what we would expect from a 4-star hotel. The choice of cocktails was also very limited, and the Mojitos were loaded with sugar. We went to other hotels to get a nice cocktail in a nice glass, served properly with fresh fruit.
Our room decor was not pleasing. Really need some TLC. The door cabinet on the fridge came off on the first day I open the fridge. Curtains stained and coming off their hooks.
The entertainment was limited and only decent on a couple of evenings. There were no games, like a pool table to do inside when it rained. In fact, we found ourselves bored as locally the only option seemed to be a walk along the promenade, the beach or a game of pool. There was a karaoke bar locally which stayed open late.
At 11pm the bar was closed; lights were turned off I assume this is normal at all-inclusive hotels.
The hotel pool was very cold, very few people used it. The sea was warmer.

Great location to the beach, good variety of food and drink, really enjoyed the adult only sun terrace.
Room was a good size with an excellent power shower, balcony and good view.
We found the staff courteous and helpful at all times, the animation guys worked hard all day and we always good fun without being overpowering.
I'm being really fussy if I say the pool could have been bigger and 1 English news channel would have been good.
The entertainment in the evening ranged from very good to could be better, but do we expect to be entertained when on holiday?

great value for money
food choices weren’t brilliant and didn’t cater to

Everything was lovely
The only thing I was concerned about was the window in the bedroom, if you had a child and that was open and you turned your back for 2 minutes there is no safety to stop them falling if they climbed! Think it’s a health and safety hazard!

Pretty much we liked everything! Animation team was really the best ever (and we have been in a lot of family hotels).
Was nothing I can remember. Only some places can be a little renovated, but overall it is not a case.

Staff was super friendly, caring, quick to react on any complaint and all in all was doing a great job. Animation team was very professional and did an amazing job. Only the lifeguard should be a bit less relaxed and watch a bit more closely the pool. Food was delicious most of the times, but lacked at times variety and some things like eggs were overcooked. One could say food is more on a level of 3 star then 4 star hotel, which is still pretty good and could be easily improved.
People leaving their towels on sun chairs and booking them like that for most of the day already at 9 am. Would be great if they continue renovating the rooms since the renovated ones look like 4 stars, but the ones that are not are 3 stars at best.

Good food and excellent animation team who worked really hard
Not enough sun beds had to get up very early to save one

Overall the Hotel was kept very clean.
Our rooms were cleaned daily.
Location was excellent with less than 5 Minute walk to the beach. Sea Views from balcony were great. The Sea was fantastic as was the beach.
The food was very acceptable and varied. Catering for an international taste, there were always traditional Spanish/Majorcan dishes available inc different paella fish and meat dishes for lunch and dinner.
Animation team worked very hard snd entertained the kids and adult days and night.
Bars and some nice restaurants just a very short walk on the-promenade the Hotel.
The staff apart from the very odd exception were all friendly and helpful.
Rooms were well appointed but are geared up for all inclusive so if you are expecting cutlery crockery etc you will be disappointed.
This our second time to Sa Coma and have booked to come back again next year.
The wine could have been better on AI
But the Spar shop just along the promenade sell very decent wine for half the price price in UK
Plastic and paper cups for drinks if not in dining room could be improved on
Apart from these we had a great time

Great family location, near the beach, shops and restaurants.lots of activities including Horse riding, banana boat, paragliding and local Zoo. Everything you need within a short distance from most hotels within the area.
