Great location. The reception staff was the highlight of this hotel. Room was nice but should have a mini fridge especially in the scorching heat season.

If you want a life time memory this is the place to stay! The experience is something else! From the amazing cold cloth and welcome tequila. To the warm cave and outdoor pool. Plus the murals and the gardens this is the most magical place. Definitely worth every penny! We can’t wait to go back!

The hotel was perfect. I loved the service the staff went above and beyond and really made us feel at home. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and respectful. It was away from the downtown area but not to far and walking distance to the artisan market, and the centre. But the staff will be the reason that I come back, excellent food day and night, you could really just stay there all day and relax. When I come again it will be longer because I loved it so much.

This was absolutely probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in. It was so unique and cool. It was clean and immaculate, and everything that you would want from my hotel in Mexico. There is a saltwater pool underground in a cave with minerals in it and it is so refreshing and relaxing and fantastic.

Great stay. We enjoyed the underground hot springs mineral pool very much, open 24 hours a day! The exterior art, murals, installations are great. We prefer not to have strange art inside the room.

What a unique boutique hotel! Very Cute! Loved the body wash/shampoo/conditioner/body lotion made out of real honey! Towels smelled nice. Staff was very helpful. Loved the cave! It was nice to see baby turtles! It truly was an amazing experience!

I loved the murals all over the property. That was the best part for me. The pool and cave pool are nice but crowded with day trippers, so we didnt get to use them, it took away from the entire experience unfortunately. The room was fine (upstairs thatched roof), the AC didnt cool it in the evening as much as I would like, but the shower was hot! The staff was great, everyone was very nice and helpful.

This is the best place to stay in Valladolid. The hotel is very pretty, clean and spacious. The staff is very attentive and the food in the restaurant is delicious and offers a great variety of dishes.

What an amazing place! We were greeted with a frozen washcloth and complimentary shot of tequila and escorted to a comfortable seat I in the restaurant. We returned for dinner and had amazing service and conversations with Filo. Check in was smooth and quick, and our room was beautiful. We enjoyed the grounds with the many sculptures, plants, and art items. Needless to say, the cave is amazing and super clean. I highly recommend Zentik Project.

This place is very cool. The food is amazing (so make sure you take advantage of it being onsite!) as well as the waitstaff. Breakfast is included and is also very good.
Everyone is super nice and the front desk will hook you up with offsite tours that you can trust. They also offer you 'soft tequilla' anytime you're dining on the house which is amazing and a welcomed surprise. The only issue I have is that it is super hot. There is air conditioning in our room which keeps it 'bearable' with the cieling fans but if you are sensitive to the heat try to get a bottom floor room as I suspect its much cooler. The top floor has a thatched roof! Very cool but hot. no pun intended. There is really cool art everywhere and both the cave pool and outdoor pool are open 24 hours, which if you travel, you know is very uncommon!

We loved our stay at the Zentik Project! The grounds were lovely and well kept and the rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed our time in the "cave pool" both days. The restaurant and bar on site had delicious food, very friendly staff and a nice ambiance. The check in staff were also very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again if in Valladolid!

They were making some reparations next to the pool and it was SUPER noisy. So the pool that has music and could have been very relaxing was not a place we wanted to be

Magical. The most accommodating staff ever and super unique, both aesthetically and amenity-wise. The food was outstanding, served with healthy portions of house tequila, on the house. The grotto was refreshingly tranquil. They even had a foot pool with minnows to nibble the dry skin off of your feet. The original murals and sculptures throughout were amazing. Our waiter Miguel was a pure joy and sincerely catered to our every need. Simply fabulous experience!!

This place is great, Service was top notch Miguel and Berenice made us feel like family. The property is small with a-lot of artistic details. the subterranean pool/sauna room was all to our selves and Paulina our muses real took care of the nerve on my back. Not really convenient to walk into town but we really didn't want to leave so that was not an issue. Great place to chill without the hassle of a large property.

The photos are accurate, great stay, food amazing and everyone was super friendly. Saturday night a little noisy from outside bar party. Not hotels fault. Just wanted to mention. I highly recommend this place. The cave a MUST do

Well, this was a very bad experience. At 9 pm, a huge party started next door. It was like having a mariachi band in the room. According to the hotel staff, this would end at 2am and there was nothing to do about it. They understood we couldn’t sleep and decided to leave but refused to reimburse anything. Of note, this did not seem to come as a surprise to the staff- it seems it happens regularly. On the plus side the mariachi band drowned the high pitch hissing pump of the property fountain. This came on top of the spiders infested Mayan roof. There is a mosquito net around the bed but it was too short for 2 people. Apart from all this, nice place recommended mainly if risking sleeping in a nightclub is not an issue to you.
