We love this Hotel
This is our 4th or 5th stay this year and we will be back before the end of the year.
The only problem is the condition of the rooms. Worn out carpets and battered furniture. Need replacement and renovation very soon.

We had a staycation, which was amazing. Chris at the front desk was accommodating and provided excellent customer service. The food was great, entertainment at the restaurant was great, the room was great, and the view was spectacular. We are returning for another staycation and recommending it to friends and family.

This is a weird review. The property is pretty, but beginning to age. Also, their occupancy is WAY down. Because of it, the staff is sparse.
I have stayed there 10+ times, even when it had another name. The view is beautiful. The rooms are very nice. But, it's lacking something. I hate that they haved moved to community soap, lotion, shampoo, etc. Gross. Bed is comfortable, and the furnishings are quite nice. Complimentary water.
Tried to order room service; nobody ever picked up. Fitness center is nice. Free parking is nice. Literally every time I arrived or left the property, one of the valets was just returning from smoking. The bar is drastically overpriced. Embarrassingly so.
I love this place, but I'm afraid it's struggling. Will continue to stay there (for now) and bring my own booze.

Beautiful Hotel and Friendly Staff. Great place for a romantic getaway. The only thing I would have liked would be an ice machine on the wing we stayed on. Had to go all the other way to the other wing to get ice but not to bad.

Daughters and granddaughter back to school fun trip and shopping! Wonderful Hotel, a bit pricy, but we really enjoyed it!

The hotel was great! It was clean and beautifully designed. I would like to extend a personal thank you to Chris who worked the front desk when we arrived, he was fantastic. It was a bowl of what appeared to be yogurt outside of our door when we arrived that stayed there the two nights that no one seemed to mind even with the accumulation of mold. Other than that the stay was amazing and I would definitely recommend.

My 92 year old mom wanted a staycation. We booked her a room at this wonderful Hotel. Everything was great but what really stood out was the service and the attentiveness by the staff, specially the cleaning staff and maintenance who went out of their ways many times to make sure my mom was taken care of. Thank you!

Everything was great. You get a free bottle on wine in your room. My only constructive criticism would be they should have softer pillows. They were very large and stiff so it was difficult sleeping.

The hotel is beautiful and is located in a very nice and scenic area just outside of Austin in the Hill Country. The hotel has an Italian style and decor. I was disappointed with the level of service and attention to details. It seemed they were under new management or ownership so things wete not as well taken care of as I expected.

The hotel upgraded my room to the suite as an VIP member. The room is amazing. Great views and very spacious. Beautiful bathroom with large standing bathtub, big and comfortable bed. I didn’t get to use their amenities like gym and pool on this stay but it’s a nice pool. Laurel’s staff are very nice. The surrounding is quiet and peaceful. Overall, great stay and definitely be back.

My wife was really surprised and loved this hotel. We had a room on the second floor, which is ideal since the pool, spa, and gym access are on this floor. My wife had lunch at the pool bar area which she enjoyed, and we had breakfast which was good.
