The staff were very friendly, didn't like how there wasn't a dining room to have our breakfast. People sat on the lounge couches to eat? my little kids sat in very high chairs. Other than that it was nice

My stay was a pleasant one. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

The staff was exceptional, and very kind to my autistic 22 year old. He left oir room at 3am, he got himself a lemon water, spoke with the “very nice lady at the desk, and sat down by the fire to read. We did not know he left the room, it’s nice to know the from desk kept a little eye out for him. I do wish I had known that lady working that night I would have liked to thank her and tip her.

Enjoyed the gym and it was nice there was a pool. The room was clean and the kitchen area was great. Enjoyed our stay.

A very clean hotel with good facilities and friendly staff.
The complimentary breakfast was okay but would have been far better if the lone staff member had help. They ran so hard but simply couldnt keep up and many things ran out. So not her fault.

Hotel offered 3 local select beers as an addon and gave us 4 crappy generic beers that were not local and definitely not worth $6 per can. They did cancel the charge for them.
Room was noisy and we could easily hear other guests in other rooms including guests waking us up at 3 am with loud banging and music.

Me and my friends are so happy and relaxed with our overnight stay here. The hotel was so clean and the staffs are awesome especially Michelle in the front desk who welcomed us. We highly recommend this hotel, the price is great with free breakfast.

New property. Spacious room. Clean.
When air conditioning starts up it is loud and sounds like a jet engine. Shower is water saving… you hardly get wet. I have long hair and it took forever to get the shampoo out. Online check-in was an available which I completed, but when I got to the hotel I had to do it all over again. Lots of TV channels but most of them were not authorized. Walls are not very insolated. Kids in the neighbouring room were screaming.

Perfect central location for access to the rigs I’m working on. Bonnyville is a little less sketchy than Cold Lake in terms of potential for stuff going missing at night. Next to Boston Pizza, Tim Hortons, McDonald’s, and nearby 24hour 7-11 Gas Station.
Beds super comfortable, modern newly renovated room. Nice 60” 4K TV made for an excellent monitor above the desk to hook my laptop up to. Ice cold AC. They located me next to the exit which was nice for my Dog, easy exit for walks.
Definitely plan to stay again.

Great hotel for a place to sleep while you life. We were in town for a soccer tournament. Which was great as it gave us something to do. The area is beautiful and full of lakes so if you have a boat go and enjoy.

Very nice hotel. The rooms are nicely appointed and ours had a lovely walk-in shower. The front desk staff were friendly and the breakfast which was included was delicious. We’d stay here again in a minute. Keep up the good work.

Carpets in bedroom were not well kept and dirty. Bathroom and room overall were small but clean. Hotel staff did not ask for id to comfirm room when giving extra key and witnessed someone checking in to a room that already had people in it.

Hotel is nice and clean. Its a nice place to stay the restaurant is awful and food is not great. The staff that work there dont have very good english speaking skills and have no idea how to work in the service industry.
