Sheets needed to be changed more often otherwise food and value for the money was good

It was on the main road so there was lots of noise from the cars. Property was clean.

Cheap price for a spacious room and nice breakfast but not too clean. Found some hair on the sheets. No hand towels, the door lock didn’t work and we had to wait for management to fix it. Staff did what they could.

Big room ,good food, did not have shuttle service to airport like advertised. Disappointed about that.

Staff was very accommodating even though I don’t speak Spanish we easily communicated through an app on our phones

The Hotel is very nice, rooms are very spacious and comfortable but staffing are very rude and not courteous at all. My family and I took a road trip from Los Angeles Ca USA to Puerto Vallarta so we pick this Hotel to spend the night base on their reviews being a 4.7 stars. At the morning of check out the person behind the desk ask me to wait at the desk before I leave because he had to check the room implying that we took stuff from the room after he came back he said everything was good that we can go I ask him about the breakfast that came with the staying at this Hotel and he pointed across from the hall to the restaurant so we proceeded to have breakfast just to be ignore by the entire staffing so I asked one of the waiters we wanted to sit he told me he was going to get a table ready which it never happened while we were sitting in the waiting area in front of all personal for at least 30 minutes none came to ask or gave us an update they were acting like we were not there. So we just left to have breakfast somewhere else in Culiacan city.

The hotel is fantastic - they claimed that the price given on hotels.com was not accurate and initially wanted to charge us extra. However, they honored the price given

Such a nice hotel...for it to have horrible reception attitude. No customer appreciation attitude, they make you feel like a stranger/odd. Felt weird staying. Ghost hotel...too far from city. Will never stay tjere again.

The service was excelente and the staff was always willing to go above and beyond for us. The lobby, bar and restaurant were all very nice and well maintained
