Amazing stay! Valet service was included with my stay at this hotel without any additional charges. Room was great for my week long stay. Very quiet and convenient. The amenities are great. Room service was available. Plenty of options to eat at in the surrounding area and very close to the freeway.

The AC was broken and the room was hot. We were told there was a technician trying to fix the issue but he ended up going home and not fixing the problem.

Room and bathroom were massive! Room was clean. Only downside is the distance from the city however this was fine for us … about a 15-20min Uber trip. The area around the hotel isn’t the nicest and as 2 females would not feel safe walking around at night. Plenty of food options in the hotel plus supermarket just over the road. Would recommend

I did not receive what I paid for. I paid for a king size room and when I arrived the room had no AC. The front staff told me to not use or touch anything in the room until a technician saw the AC. The AC would not be fixed quickly so I was downgraded to a double queen without any offer of compensation or discounts.

The thing the property needs to work on is room service option. I was told it was avaliable but when talk with the restaurant they said no and didnt compromise with the guest after front desk said it was availiable! And our AC was not working properly in 106 degree weather and they had gave us a Fan. But other then that it was a good stay.

We had a disappointing stay. The toilet in our room wouldn't flush, and the AC wasn't working. The only options offered were a fan or a refund, but no other rooms were available. To make matters worse, we found hair in the shower that clearly wasn’t ours. After a long, exhausting day, we were too tired to leave, so we stayed. The hotel did offer a discount on the room, but unfortunately, this experience means we won't be booking here again.

This place is amazing! Right off the freeway, easy access. However, the casino is slot free. Only table games without a Craps table as well.

Extremely surprised how friendly all the staff were, my husband is in a wheelchair and I am also disabled. The staff were very helpful getting our luggage to our room. We would definitely stay at this hotel again. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

We had no issues, felt safe. I liked the included valet parking and the luxury cars on display inside the casino. Our room, 316, wasn’t as cold as I liked but overall it wasn’t a deal breaker for me.
